Purchased a vehicle from Molham Essayed, although there were a few glitches in the buying process the dealership promised and delivered in the end. If your looking for a sincere, honest salesman then Molham is hands down the best salesman to see. He honestly cares about his clients, and just wants to make the experience one that is memorable, and professional. Cannot thank him enough....and my son is over the moon happy with his new car.

I am impressed with Peruzzi that I received a response from the Business Owner after my review and then a call from the Service Manager to apologize for the misunderstanding. The issue was resolved and I am most satisfied by the response I received from Peruzzi Toyota.

Took car in for oil change and engine check. They provided ride service to home and back next day. They called with 450 estimate. Later called. To say car was ready. On arrival bill was six hundred.Paid 600. Took them 15 minutes to find car. It would not run due to failure of hybrid battery during their test drive. (battery was old, so this is not impossible but a major coincidence.)They offered to replace hybrid battery for ~5500 or buy the car 250 to 500 to be decided later. Sales people would be glad to assist me in buying a replacement vehicle. Service staff stonewalled my complaints with great civility. I had car towed home. Have negotiated replacement battery elsewhere for 2200 A long phone negotiation with Service Manage obtained me 600 credit, to be spent at their establishment.They get their second star for politeness and providing courtesy transport and for the fact that they have been ok for the five years I used them. Not this time.

Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helpful. The service that we requested on our vehicle was completed as promised. We were very disappointed that we were charged extra for using our credit card to pay our very substantial bill. These days who carries around a large amount of cash or even their checkbook? Other than utilities we pay everything by credit card.

Gotta say that this was a great used car purchase experience for me. John Rivera was quick, honest, and a good person to work with. Not sure about the experience financing because we paid cash, but it couldn't have been more pleasant. I will consider getting our next used car there as well.

First I'm going to start off by saying our sale guy was good. Matt stoll. I wish they kid could find another dealership to be at because he's good but works with complete garbage. Our experience with peruzzi Toyota should have been better than what we went through. Imagine buying a car and the check engine light coming on not even 5 hours after leaving their parking lot. Imagine the GM making a snarking comment saying his techs wouldn't have their job if they didn't do their job right.. well whoever did the state inspection never cared to look and see that the coolant was so low. How do you not see that in a state inspection? How do you not see that when YOU TOYOTA wanted to purchase this vehicle yourselves? That's embarrassing to say the least. And then we go to pick our car up after having a thermostat replaced and the coolant is still below the minimum line.. i was told "we're human we make mistakes" well you don't make that mistake twice and it never should have happened if your techs did their job. I wish i had the thought to read reviews on this dealership before hand. This dealership is full of slimy people who put on a good show. Their "company policies" are set in place so they can cover their dirty tracks. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! All the bad reviews makes you feel like the good ones are friends and family trying to help them get their ratings back up. The customer service is so poor that my 3 year old talks nicer to people... come to find out this is the same dealership that sold my nephews father a car and the engine blew the next week... To add their finance guy talks to you like your stupid. He has the shut up and sign the papers mentality. Can't wait to hear how this review is so important to them and how concerning it is.. all these reviews and the same issues are still there... it's clear that it's just a show. Don't trust this company. If anyone's looking for a good Toyota dealership stay far away! If i could pick 0 stars i would.

This dealership will not refund money that was put down on a car, never heard of that before. We decided not to buy a car that we were going to, they required $500 down payment and than when we told them we didn't want the car they informed us they are keeping the down money ($500). Do not got to this dealership as they will nickel and dime you and do everything in their power to ripe you off. Avoid them!!!

I have brought my car to Peruzzi Toyota to have the alternator replaced. They replaced the alternator and tried to sell me a battery that simply needed charging. I took the car home and found that now the air conditioning no longer worked. The air conditioning was working great before we took it to Peruzzi. When I called them they claimed it couldn't have been them. They told me I could bring it in and they would diagnose it for an $80 fee. No thanks Peruzzi. I will never be back!

Where to start. I was lied to during my whole experience trying to buy a new truck. I thought that they ordered me a new truck but no. I paid 500. As a deposit. What I later found out through the tab I got with my reimbursement check. They play bait and switch to get you to buy a truck you don't want just cause it's coming to them in a allocation. What upset me the most was I was strong armed into financing the vehicle which I wanted to pay cash. Wouldn't let me. Stay away from this dealership due to their shady business practice. Wish I could give them no stars

06/18/2022To: Frank misketFrom: LOU MaitaThis is an addendum to my other YELPs.I can't believe the kind of treatment I'm receiving from Toyota and their dealerships!!! Even SUBARU gave me better treatment then Toyota.....When I made a claim to Peruzzi Toyota and yelped them about the problem, because they went back on their promise, I presented the GENERAL Manager with estimates, but this was a stalling tactic on his part. I can prove this. Peruzzi Toyota promised to reimburse me for the cost of repairing the paint on the drivers door. They never did. I intend on seeking the legal remedial action necessary to recoup my monies!!!I have contacted ABC trouble shooters for this problem and the kind of treatment I received. With warm regards,LOU M.
