The lady in this store offered me ZERO assistance. I wanted to upgrade my phone and she told me Metro had no way to upgrade my phone to a better phone. (I had the Moto G Stylus 2022 and my son had the Moto G 2022) I was looking for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and to get him the newer Moto G Stylus.
She told me they had NO deals to offer me to upgrade for free. Where, when I first came to Metro, I was told I could upgrade every 6 months. There was NO upgrade available to me for either line. In fact, she couldn't even offer me upgrade ability to T- Mobile without a soft credit check.
Told me that I would either have to buy the phones I wanted outright some place else and bring them to Metro or go to another carrier. When I asked her if other Metro stores carried other phones they did not, she said, no usually but l not. Which I later learned was a lie. Because another store carries the one phone that I wanted.
However, because of this woman, I spent 2 weeks in my head, researching buying phones outright and leaving Metro because of this woman. And I REALLY needed a phone when I walked into her store. All she had to say was, "Sometimes other stores carry the phones you may want."
I opted to buy the phones outright and stay with Metro. Then I had another struggle with a Metro employee over the phone trying to get my phones set up. I had to drive to another Metro to get them set up. I walked in and there was the phone that I wanted for my son!! The owner of that store said she misinformed me. So, isn't that nice of her.
I almost left Metro. I'll never go back to her or recommend her store.

The Best place to buy a phone sue was so nice to help me with my new phone set everything on it and I would definitely tell my family and friends to go there for there new phone 5 stars to sue and the store in Hatfield Pa

Just bought a new phone today. Sue was my sales person. She was so nice and so helpful, it was such a pleasure! She transferred all my information onto the new phone and saved me lots of time. It was a great experience!

My husband and I stopped here to add my daughter into our plan,Sue was extremely friendly and helpful....this location is so clean with welcoming attitude. Just one problem which is metros,we were told we would qualify for free Amazon prime with our plan but that's not true, our plan is below what's the requirements, so check the fine print otherwise you'll end up activating/changing your entire plan just to get Amazon.

I ordered a cell phone from Metro online store and they forgot to send the sim card with the phone. Calling online store numerous time and no solution was done. Finally went to the store in Hatfield and the lady in the store is super nice and helpful. I believe her name is Sue and she helped me to call the Metro online to reset the account and activate the phone using eSim trick. If I ever need cellphone service in the future, I will go to this place and ask Sue and Sam for the assistance.

I stopped in here back in January to get a new phone and the lady behind the counter ( I forget her name) was so super nice and friendly and helped me with everything I needed and then my phone broke and I had to come back on Tuesday and get the phone switched over to a new one and the same lady was there and she was able to help me again and she was also able to switch everything over again. She was so helpful and friendly.i will always come to this store just because of the service I received from her.

I was just in this store and the worker Min gave me a really hard time and pretty much told me to go home and call the insurance company when my phone is broken. Not happy. I will take my business to another location
