“Quick easy check in. Quick visit with the PA. She listened to my problem and was respectful. She did a chaperoned exam since it was a private concern. Was able to fill the antibiotic prescription right then and there. Was in and out within 35 min. Very pleased with my visit. Would definitely recommend.”

“Online registration and sign-in system worked great! I arrived, clicked that I was here, checked in on my phone and literally not 5 seconds later, the lab tech came to get me!”
“It seems like other people had issues at this location, but my experience was great. It was convenient to make an appointment online and sign in using the kiosk upon arrival. When I arrived from my appointment, I found that my doctors office hadn’t called in the paperwork. The lady at the reception desk patiently waited while I called my doctors office and got the orders sent over. The nurse who drew my blood did a great job. It was very quick, easy and painless. All in all I was in and out of the office within about 20 minutes.”
“Marie was there by herself, as I guess the other person called out, and she was doing a great job of handling a full waiting room and drawing blood. All while remaining pleasant and being upbeat. She definitely deserves a raise!”

(Don't click the text message link until you're actually there- I clicked too early and then it expired when I actually needed it. And I scanned my license wrong the first time.) “The ladies who work here on Friday was fast and efficient. I didn't have an appointment and it was crowded and I was out of there in less the 20 minutes. Shaneqa I think that's her name, who drew my blood really quick & it wasn't painful. I usually feel it days later, she was very gentle. I appreciate that so much. So shout out to the ladies who work there. Thank you”

“First time patient at this office. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Front staff was fabulous and Dr. Cavanaugh’s medical assistant (forget her name) is very friendly and outgoing. Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! She really listens and explains things to my understanding!”
“Came in as a walk in around 4:20 pm on a Tuesday. They close at 5. I sat for about 5 minutes before being called back. The tech checked me in and quickly took my blood. She was professional. She did not say much except what she needed to say. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes.”

All the employees have always been nice to me, very quick to and super easy bloodwork. My experiences here have been top notch which is why I only ever come to this location.”
“I always make my appointment online and never have a problem getting in within a day or two. Check in is a breeze and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Only once has the 'stick' been less then perfect, usually it's pretty much painless and the blood draw is done quickly and efficiently. I guess all those 1 star reviewers met with different folks as everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and professional.”

“Stopped in today without an appointment. I saw Jackie heading out and asked her to please stay to do my blood draw. Last time she did it and I had not one bruise!! Could not even tell I’d had a draw. She kindly agreed and quickly did her stellar work. I was in and out in 10 minutes!! Thank you Jackie for your kindness and skill! Highly recommend!!”
