Connie from Luxicure is the absolute best! She is my go to girl every 2 weeks. She is personable and a skilled technician. I recently returned home from Bermuda. Despite being incredibly rough on my nails with hiking, climbing, swimming, etc. my nails held up well! Please excuse the poor quality of the picture but this is after 1.5 weeks of growth. Everyone there is always super nice and very kind. The nail techs listen to what you want and do what you want, even their suggestions turn out better than the original idea. My nails always look fantastic leaving everytime. I love coming here and been coming to this place for almost 2years now and im never disappointed. Come get your nails done, i promise you’ll be happy with the outcome❤️

I have been going here now for over a year and wow!!!! I have never been disappointed. What a fun and upbeat crew …I have switched my nail style quite a bit trying to find my style. and each time the girls knew exactly how to give me what I asked for.with understanding and suggestionsI have chipped my mail once and the girls were so nice to make time to fix it for me with no problem. Making me feel welcomed and not a botherI get so many compliments on my nails and have referred so many friends and strangers here.

I asked for the first photos but the blue to be purple, and this is what i got, not only is it not like the photo AT ALL not even close there very sharp and uneven. The lady was beyond mean, rude and had not customer respect. She did not care at all that it was not asked for. Everyone else that works there is super nice except the one lady that did my nails here. I also have been going here for years and will not be coming back.

I went in wanting a manicure. Just a plain ol manicure. After years of acrylics I wanted to make my nails healthy. I couldn't be more happy. My nail tech did such an amazing job! It's exactly what I wanted. She didn't rush. She listened to what I was looking for. It was a great experience!

I have shopped around, and Luxicure is IT! So happy I’ve found this gem. They are always on time and work by appointment, which they stick to! Maybe on one occasion they were running late and called to let me know ahead of time. They are extremely considerate of YOUR and THEIR time. Also, they all do amazing work. I have yet to be disappointed and I consider myself a picky person when paying for a service like this.Service: Acrylic nails

PICKY about nail places but went to Luxicure for the first time today and wow this place blew me away! tech did a beautiful job on my refill with a unique design and it was QUICK. Followed the picture exactly as it was! She was very friendly and introduced herself as soon as I sat down! Price is fair for clearly very well trained and experienced techs. Will be back!

To be disappointed is an understatement. My nails have never looked so bad. First I didn’t get to pick my color, I mentioned pink, but I was thinking like a bright pink, she gave me 3 choices of pink to choose from and she basically picked it for me. Then I told her I’ve been having a hard time finding somewhere that takes their time to make them look natural and I don’t like them very thick. Well my appointment was at 5, I was seated at 5:05 and I was done by 5:27. She rushed through the whole process and now it looks like I have big blobs of bubblegum on my fingers. The top coat (which was not a gel top coat) looks wrinkled. I even mentioned that tomorrow is my birthday and I wanted my nails done nice for dinner tomorrow. I’m frustrated that I spent $45 for a mess.

Each AND every time Luxicure does NOT disappoint! Service is exceptional and they are very patient with ALL of their customers. I was a faithful client of Lynn’s for almost 2 years. I made my appointments every two weeks for an acrylic fill in and every 4 weeks for a pedicure. I was never late, never canceled, and always tipped well. One Saturday in particular I had an appointment for 9:30am for an acrylic refill. When I arrived, I was told I didn’t have an appointment for the day when I know I did. Anytime I make an appointment, I verbally verify it with her before I put it in my calendar. This was not the first time when I arrived and was told I didn’t have an appointment. This day however, I was joining friends later in Jersey for dinner, so I couldn’t reschedule and only had the time available for my appointment. All she told me was that I wasn’t on the calendar and she could not see me until 1pm which didn’t work for me. When this happened before, I was calling a day or two before my appointment to confirm it so there was no issues. That week however was crazy busy for me at work and I didn’t get the chance to. Why should I have to call to confirm MY appointment?? When you have a doctors appointment or anything like that, THEY call or text or email you to confirm your appointment. I am a single mom of two with a demanding full time job. My time is extremely valuable and that day due to negligence, I was forced to call and ride around on a Saturday to try to find someone to do my nails. She never called or apologized and that’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially since I’ve been her client far as long as I have.Lynn is an extremely talented artist but that was unacceptable that she hasn’t tried to fix the situation so that’s why I’m giving Luxicure two stars. Amazing! I’ve been going here for over a month, and I love it. Andrew does such a good job! I’ve been to a few nail salons in the area, and I have to say that Luxicure is my favorite by far. You will get quality work that is worth every penny.

Came on Tuesday based the pictures of the work i've seen, and was so glad that I did. The salon was cool, good music, nice vibe. I enjoyed my visit. Yesterday, literally one day after, I noticed the design on my nails starting to literally peel off, and darken. I had a 3D croc design. So I called and let them know, and was asked when I could come back. We agreed on a time, everything was fine. I drive literally 57 minutes to come back to the salon to have my design fixed. Only to feel like I was being blamed for why my nails weren't right, I never once blamed the tech who did my nails, I just asked that they be fixed. I have a major event tomorrow which is the entire reason I came in. I was told since I wanted them to redo the design, that again was LITERALLY peeling off, then I would have to pay because a different person had to do it. I was never told on the phone that the person who did my nails was "off today". Had I been told I would have waited until the next morning when he would be there. The girl agreed it was a miscommunication and STILL I was the one responsible for paying more money. Now $105 later for a service that was originally $70. I tipped the original person $15. Paid $15 for my nails to simple be done the correct way, and also left a tip for the person who fixed them, because I genuinely do understand the service industry. As someone who runs a business, myself. I would have never treated a customer the way I was treated to do, made them feel the way I felt today. I am not a hard person to please, I'm so nice and so understanding, but today I wasn't able to be that person because of the attitude I got today & that's not okay. The girl who was the one in charge of resolving the issue didn't even check back in to see what was done, if I was happier now, to apologize for the situation, nothing. She was combative and really made me feel like crap honestly. I've never almost had an anxiety attack the way I did today, at a nail salon. I really wanted this to be my new go to place, but I'll never come back here again, just off the experience my second time. Andrew & the girl, I forgot to ask her name, but the one who corrected my nails, they did great overall. I don't have any issues with them. But if that person that I interacted with, is the manager, or owner, or the whatever, her customer service needs a lot of work. Right is right & wrong is wrong. It was no one's fault in particular why the nails needed repair, but she sure made me feel like it was 100% my fault. And I didn't even get so much as an apology from her at all, & she literally could see how upset I was & how emotional the experience was making me. I'm sorry, but that's unprofessional. Im someone who doesn't care about cost when it comes to my nails, I like what I like, and I don't mind traveling, if I like it that much. I honestly probably wouldn't would have gone back & gave them another try, if I could have gotten a simple apology. She wouldn't even look my way. Sucks that it took one person to ruin the entire experience.

First time here. Made an appointment and when I arrived got seated right away. Had an idea in mind. The nail tech did a great job executing. Paid more than I expected but that’s ok.
