My doc wrote out my blood tests in writing and also electronically. When I got my results back I noticed that the most critical test was not done. My doc had to redo the test in her office. Plus the whole room smelled like body odor.

I would never go to this place again.Me and my friend did a Genetic screening test on the same day in a different Lab. She got the results back in 4 days and mine are not coming back yet! I’ve been waiting for almost 4 weeks now and still haven’t received anything yet!

Stopped in today without an appointment. I saw Jackie heading out and asked her to please stay to do my blood draw. Last time she did it and I had not one bruise!! Could not even tell I’d had a draw. She kindly agreed and quickly did her stellar work. I was in and out in 10 minutes!! Thank you Jackie for your kindness and skill! Highly recommend!!

Went here for bloodwork yesterday. I was super anxious about all the blood that needed to be taken. I ended up passing out (which was a first for me). It was an incredibly scary experience for me, but the two women who were there were amazing. They worked together to get me what I needed, kept checking in to ask how I was feeling, and were super patient and calm with me in this moment. Also, thank you for being so reassuring in the moments after because I was so incredibly embarrassed. You guys are AWESOME! If and when I have to return, I will definitely come back here.

It must be difficult for blood labs to hire people who are skilled in customer service, personable, efficient, and have excellent technical skills. Quest sometimes hires such employees. LabCorp does quite a bit better. Their patient service center in Hatfield PA is the pleasant exception. The staff meets every skill listed above without exception . My family and go there for all our blood work.

First time here and it was one of the best lab experiences I’ve ever had. Did not have an appointment, but was still in and out within like 5-8 minutes. Check in process was seamless and Phlebotomist was excellent. I have tricky veins too.

Arrived on time for my appointment and checked in via the kiosk in the lobby. Sat down for about a minute and was greeted by the friendly receptionist. Immediately went back and had blood drawn. The tech was not super friendly, but was friendly enough and professional. I guess she likes to keep a tight schedule, which is why they get good reviews. All in all, my visit was about 10 minutes. Very satisfied!

Best place to get blood tests. Easy, knowledgeable, caring. They are terrific there and perfect drawing blood. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment online. Arrived in time for my appointment and used the kiosk to check in. Sat for about a minute and was greeted by the friendly receptionist. Went back immediately and blood was drawn quickly! The tech was not super friendly, but was professional and friendly enough. She clearly likes to keep to a tight schedule which is appreciated. All in all, I was there for about 10 minutes!

I use to go to the Hatfield location for a standing order. They wrote VOID on my order. I asked why, gave no reason. When I received the next order I asked the blonde lady PLEASE DO NOT write void on this. Because I travel I am not alwsys able to come to this facility so I want to be able to go anywhere I need to without a problem.She was smiling as she gave it back to me and big as life there it was VOID. I had to go out of town and had to call my doctor to send a scriot to Quest so I could get my pro time because thry wouldn t take it because itcsaid void on it. I refuse to go back to this facility. I consider this very rude.I have no issues with The Harleysville location. Has never written on my script and are very very pleasant. I hope they never leave you.
