Exceptional Service from Leasing Agent AnalisseReview:I recently had the pleasure of working with Analisse, a leasing agent, and I must say that her professionalism and dedication to her job were truly commendable. This positive experience was a stark contrast to my initial encounter with another leasing agent who had provided me with misleading and incorrect information about an apartment.Analisse went above and beyond to rectify the situation and restore my faith in the leasing process. From the moment I expressed my concerns to her, she listened attentively and empathized with my frustration. She took the time to thoroughly to understand my requirements and preferences and met my needs. What impressed me the most about Analisse was her honesty and transparency. She was upfront about the previous misinformation I had received and took immediate steps to correct it. She provided me with accurate and detailed information about the available apartments, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of all the features, amenities, and lease terms.Throughout the entire leasing process, Analisse demonstrated exceptional communication skills. She promptly responded to my inquiries, whether it was through phone calls or emails, and kept me updated at every stage. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident in the way she handled the paperwork, ensuring that everything was accurate and in order.Analisse's dedication to her role as a leasing agent extended beyond just finding me a suitable apartment. She took the time to address my concerns and provide valuable insights about the neighborhood, nearby amenities, and any ongoing maintenance or service requests. Her knowledge and expertise put me at ease, knowing that I was in good hands. Thanks to Analisse's efforts. I couldn't be more grateful for her exceptional service and commitment to ensuring a smooth and transparent leasing experience. I highly recommend Analisse to anyone seeking a trustworthy and reliable leasing agent who genuinely cares about their clients' needs. In conclusion, Analisse exceeded my expectations in every aspect of her role as a leasing agent. Her honesty, professionalism, and dedication to client satisfaction are truly commendable. I am grateful for her efforts in rectifying a challenging situation and providing me with an outstanding leasing experience.

Forced to sign addendum that residents have to now pay extra for water. If you didn't sign they would not renew your lease. Called Maintenance to report water leak. Water leaking in my apartment for 4 days and maintenance never showed to fix leak. So you not only have to pay rent, you have to add an extra $80 to $100 dollars to pay water bill. Even when the water loss is not your fault.

Hallways reek of weed, dog pee, and cigarette smoke. Roaches and beetles all over the entryways that eventually made their way into our apartment. Mouse got into our apartment from a hole in the cabinet. Walls are paper thin. The main door was broken many times during our 2 years there, one time resulting in a drunk man trying to get into our actual apartment. Ended up having to pay $1,000 for a soda stain on a carpet that could have been removed but they admitted they just replace the carpet if the stain doesn’t come out with shampoo-getting a professional cleaning service would be significantly cheaper but they just want new carpeting and want tenants to pay for it. I know for a fact the stain could be removed because my son spilled the same drink in another room and we easily got it out months later. This stain I forgot about until it was time to move (we had another rug on top of it). I had just given birth and was recovering so just left it. Absolutely was not expecting a bill for nearly $1,000 for a small stain! Unbelievable. A few weeks before we moved out a family moved in next to us. We received a nasty phone call from someone in maintenance demanding we move our belongings back into our apartment that were blocking entryways and all over the front yard. They did not belong to us, they belonged to the people next door but they didn’t even ask they just immediately accused us and were very rude. We never left anything laying around, ever. 0/10, would never stay here again and so thankful to be in our own home now.

The setting is really beautiful with park areas and a pool. I love the peaceful atmosphere. School Road Park is within walking distance or ride my bike. The Office communicates very well by email about matters that affect us here. The Maintenance Dept is always on top of any issues as well.

very pathetic. Avoid at all costs. we lived there for 2 years. we had kids. there might have been spills here and there which we wiped off right way with ditergent and i vacuumed every week. left the home as near perfect condition. there you go you get a bill for 1000. like are you kidding me. very very pathetic. why would pay for an entire new carpet coz of some spills for over 2 years. i did not agree to pay for the carpet on the top of the rent…!!!

I recently moved into a charming two-bedroom apartment, sharing it with two roommates. Rent is a little over $1500 per month. In addition, our electrical costs amount to around $130 monthly, while utility charges and fees add up to approximately $80 per month. Considering all expenses, it totals to about $1,800 a month to reside in this 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit. While it may not be the most affordable option, I find it reasonable given the location and amenities. However, one aspect of the apartment complex has been a disappointment. During the initial tour, I was informed that laundry facilities were available on-site. Unfortunately, I wasn't given the opportunity to see the laundry room during the tour. Upon moving in, I discovered that there's only one laundry machine for the entire 12-apartment building. This revelation was quite frustrating. It's disheartening that the complex misled me regarding the laundry service, especially considering the machine can only be operated using a scan card, which can only be purchased from a vending machine in the leasing office building that has been out of these cards since I have moved in. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have considered this complex an option, as I prefer not to rely on a laundromat every week.Despite this setback, the apartments themselves are well-maintained and clean. However, I have noticed some issues with the construction quality. Within my short time here (2 months), the door to my closet has already broken, the lock on our main door is malfunctioning, the bathroom sink doesn't drain properly and has a leak, and the kitchen sink also has a significant leak. Additionally, the walls seem to have been painted numerous times to cover up various imperfections. While the presence of roaches is minimal and manageable, it's worth noting that this is a transient community, with people moving in and out frequently. Moreover, the walls are quite thin, making it easy to overhear conversations from the apartments above or below.Overall, despite the apartment complex's shortcomings, the living environment remains tolerable. Pool is wonderful.

Where do I start... My family and I lived in Hatfield Village from 2018 to 2023. The maintenance department there is the worst. When you call in a miserable woman answers the phone, who sounds like she does not care a thing about your issue with your apartment and she doesn't have the time for you. You try to explain the situation going on and you get yes, yes, yes we will send someone out. Most of the time they wouldn't come out for 2-3 days. When we had emergencies with our refrigerator not working the maintenance person blamed us for it. When our oven didn't work and kept getting error messages while in the middle of cooking my children food I was told I should have taken the food out of the oven and left the error message on the screen. I had to call in 3 different times for them to replace it. The dishwasher when we moved in was broken and they gave us a hard time with getting a new one. Once we did get a new one it broke after a year and then it took them a month to finally believe me for what I was saying before they replaced it again. Then it was it was replaced the gentleman installing the dishwasher ripped the counted out of the wall. There was an ongoing leak under our kitchen sink which we could not see until after it did damage and I was given every excuse possible from the marijuana smelling maintenance worker before I told him the turn off was leaking. When I showed him also the kitchen faucet was leaking, he said they haven't had the faucets in stock for month and didn't know when they would be back in stock. When you speak to the office there are so many women working there and no one has time to talk to you. I was told we would be next in line for a 3 bedroom apartment then found out our friends moved out of their 3 bedroom but it was never offered to us. We paid our rent on time every month. Oh best part is they started charging for water and sewage, which by the way is illegal in the state of PA if every apartment is not metered. How they charged you a month was by the square footage of your apartment and how many people lived in the apartment. We had a family of 4 and were being charged $90 a month for water and sewage, but the people below us had 6-7 people living in their apartment which weren't accounted for since they weren't on the lease paying probably the same amount. My parents have a bedroom home and pay $130 every 2 months. When I brought it up to the office stating I wasn't paying and sent them the state regulation I never heard back from the office manager and the bill disappeared. Now that we are trying to pay off the remainder of our lease since we bought a home they are charging us outrageous fees for moving out. I had cleaned and scrubbed out the areas they asked for us to do and are still telling us that we left the apartment in poor condition and didn't clean. Also they said the apartment had to be painted back to white (which it is actually an off white color) and we couldn't match the color of the other walls so they are charging $370 for that. I cannot wait to be done with this complex and have them completely in the rear view.

I used to love this place cause my grown kids was living here and I was going to move in the apartment. But to tell you the truth of you get the government help like rental assistance the world quickly through you out with kids and they don’t have no consideration. So if your not rush with money and your pour I would advise you not to move in this apartment. My kids owed money and then they took all the rental assistance money that help with rent and months later my kids found a job to pay the rent the we’re going to owe that month and they didn’t haven’t no consideration they kicked them out with kids and all. And they are not professional they put the letter way big and open wide so neighbors can see that your being kicked out. THAT’S NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I know cause I worked for apartments and they never did that. So if no one what to be embarrassed and be out with they kids think about it twice before get an apartment. Just saying and let you know.

I feel like there’s a lot of angry people who come give this place bad reviews and aren’t honest.I have had 0 issues with customer service. They’re super nice to me. The maintenance staff are all cool and helpful. I’ve seen a roach - it’s a 12 apartment building that’s how bugs work - but they’ve been diligent on spraying regularly and it was literally once. I moved here from Philly, it’s nothing close to like my last apt.Never seen a mouse. My hallway is clean and and smells good (just got new carpet too) my neighbors are nice, they did all new landscaping and exterior maintenance to make the buildings look great. I really like my apt. I’d recommend this complex to anyone.
