People that work there are rude on the phone telling me I am nitpicking when they are billing me for a mask that was returned 6 weeks ago. Customer service is unacceptable!!

The people who maintain and handle the client-facing, brick-and-mortar store are great! Very friendly, very helpful, and able to respond quickly to weird equipment flukes. My BiPAP stopped registering the hose plugged into the back, and they were able to schedule an appointment within the week, and fix it at that appointment.However, hope that there are no issues with your billing, as the billing office is nearly impossible to get in touch with, whether or not you are a client or an insurance company. I have only once been able to get in touch with the billing department via phone in the last 3 months.

They lie!! Told by BCBS to go there. After three days of having my prescription they respond with we don't deal with BCBS! Well according to BCBS you are a preferred provider.

BEWARE - absolute dirtbag medical supply company. Up-charged for extra supplies and would not return extras when delivered. Employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. Facility was unclean as well.

Unbelievably bad service. They told my pulmonologist that MC wouldn’t pay for my CPAP a, I would have to pay out of pocket. I called MC and went through until I got someone who could approve it. She said they had not denied it, that no request had been submitted. She agreed right then to call GVM. Someone answered and immediately put us on hold, then NEVER came back! I called GVM to sort it out and was treated rudely. Michelle said Lisa had gone to a seminar and asked them about me there. This made no sense, so I asked to speak to Lisa. She said that she had gone to a MC seminar and was told I would not be covered because I had previously had an oral appliance. She refused to submit the request to MC even though I told her a MC provider had tried to give approval over the phone. Unbelievable rudeness and incompetence.

I had an excellent experience getting my CPAP set up this morning with Donna Lynn. She covered everything I needed to know, and offered to follow up with a call next week to check on my progress. Their facilities are nice and new located in the quiet side of the shopping center.

My hubby has used a cpap machine since 2009. He purchased it from here..back when they were in Dublin. Well..long story short..the machine suddenly stopped working. My hubby has a cdl driver's license and needs to use his cpap machine 97% in order to keep his license. He called here..and they could not help him AT ALL. I had him go to 7th street medical. They not only understood his urgency to get a new machine...but also provided him with a brand new unit. Screw grand view medical. We all have options...and I'm so happy 7th street was super compassionate.

I needed a motorized scooter after I had a hysterectomy. Every place else I called was so expensive. The theme park we we’re going to was also expensive. They were very helpful in getting what I needed so I could enjoy a vacation with my kids post surgery. Thank you!

Grand View Medical folks have been helpful and caring. Each person we have had contact with supported and worked diligently to get my husband supplies.. We are fortunate to have these professional folks to call and get our supplies as needed. Thank you Grand View Medical!

These guys will promise a service and never deliver. Tried to get me to pay for the CPAP and charge my insurance company. Finding another supplier. My advice is run away!

Edit to my original review: The company replied to my review and told me to call them to discuss the problem. I called a week ago, was only able to leave a message (surprise surprise) and never got a response back. I did get the cpap supplies late last Monday, the head gear is way too loose and the nasal pillows 1 of them was the wrong size. They really are incapable of giving good customer service or making sure their customers are supplied with the right cpap equipment.When I first went to them they fitted me for a cpap machine and mask. I had trouble with the full mask and was constantly going into pleurisy. I called the pulmonologist and they sent me for a 2nd sleep study to be done at the sleep center. The therapist at the sleep center saw what I was going through and said that the face mask wasn’t fitted properly and that I should call grandview medical to have them switch the full mask for the nasal pillows. When I called them up I was told that I would need to order the correct ones off of Amazon because my insurance wouldn’t cover the new mask. The insurance would only cover replacements every 3 months. I found out recently that all grandview medical needed to do was to call the pulmonologist and get a different prescription. I ordered what I needed thru Amazon and received it in 2 days during the COVID-19 pandemic. I called grandview medical when the 3 months was up and requested my new supplies and new headgear. They said the headgear wasn’t covered because they only get replaced every months. I needed to pay for the headgear if I wanted it and the money was removed from my acct Immediately. All the supplies were ordered 10 days ago. I called last Tuesday to find out where my order was and explained I was having trouble using the machine because the nasal pillows were worn out and the head gear and pillows had to be adjusted all night long. I was told that they had sent the order to Tennessee nothing had shipped but the good news was that nothing was on back order. I again said I needed to have the equipment shipped immediately. I called again on Friday and was told that there was a mistake and I wouldn’t get any of the supplies till sometime in mid to late June. I told them I needed them now and was put on hold. When the women got back on she said that she was going to mail everything overnight. I would have them today and to call back after 3:30 for a tracking number. When I called back I was only able to leave a message and no one called me back. It is now 5:39 pm and no ups shipment has arrived. I can’t use the cpap machine that they say I need so badly because the outcome if I don’t use it could be very bad. Obviously it can’t be that bad because they are unable it get the equipment to me. They for whatever reason sent it to Tennessee for them to send it which makes no sense at all because they obviously are suppose to have it in stock. They are the worse company and I will be contacting my insurance companies and my pulmonologist and discussing this with them. I will find a company that is capable of doing their job and doing it correctly that obviously is not GRANDVIEW MEDICAL. They should have their license pulled.

Giving this place a 2 star instead of one since the 2 women on the phone were nice. Other then that I dont know how they stay in business. They never call back and when you do get someone they bounce you around go voicemails. Ive been waiting a week for someone to call back. Ive left 3 voicemails. I went to them since they take insurance. I will probably end up going somewhere else at this pt. They got my fax and never followed up after that. Lovely ?♀️
