They are not truthful about pricing. Told me they were giving me the good rx price and charged me 53.00 when all other pharmacies good rx pricing was under 20.00. That”s the last time our family uses Giant.

Friendly staff. Went for a script for my dog. They told me ways to get discounts so I wasn’t paying full price. Would use them if my insurance allowed.

The canned beans were not stocked or organized. The creamers were out of stock. Cheese and flour were basically out of stock. Kombucha was out of stock... I suspect that they're not putting the products out on the shelves or not doing so in a timely manner. I think they hire an outside company to do the shelf displays, but I'm leaving 2 stars because of the low stock

This store has had a never-ending problem with empty shelves/ poor re-stocking when an entire shelf is empty, and the LONGEST wait at a Deli on this Planet, WELL BEFORE Covid-19. Covid has provided the perfect cover to get even worse. I say cover, because I can drive a few minutes to another Supermarket, and ALWAYS find Jumbo eggs, pints of light cream, Barber Chicken Kiev, Campbells bean soup, and about another 50) items that Giant never seems to have. As far as the Deli, if there are two or more customers in line, I walk away. The attitude among most (But not all) the clerks is that "I'm bothering you, and I hope you don't want anything else, 'cause I'm busy doing anything else but slicing cold cuts" On the other hand, my other store has plenty of clerks, NO WAIT (EVER) and they SMILE, and treat you like they appreciate your business. In fact, they always show you how thick or thin they're slicing, so there's never any surprises, when you get home and discover 12 slices in a pound of ham. If this store wasn't a few feet from my house, I would NEVER go there again. It is SO frustrating trying to shop, and NEVER getting most of the basic items on the shopping list/ always passing the Deli/ and playing "Casino" games of chance as to what will be out of stock next.

Poor customer service from the young man at the gas/location this Monday evening. The phone call he was on was more important than helping a customer that asked for assistance three times.

Today was a nightmare day to food shop. Montgomery County began closing schools, gyms, pubic gatherings etc due to the coronavirus at approximately 2:09pm. I, like everyone else in my area, rushed to Giant In Hatfield PA to stock up on food and essentials. The parking lot was full, the aisles were crammed and people were fighting to get in line. Good thing Management stepped in at Giant to make announcements and they quickly set up two lines for check out. One from the bakery and one from produce with someone to guide people to an open check out line. Somehow they managed to open every single lane available. It was still a wait but in a controlled and pleasant environment. I have always liked shopping at the Hatfield Giant the best, but now I can say that I am very proud of how they handled this emergency. Top notch from management down to all other employees.

This is my favorite giant store, though I live in Hatfield I often go to the one in Quakertown, I love the fruit in the Hatfield giant it’s always fresh and great ,the people are very friendly, the bakery is unbelievable as usual and I find This store well-stocked here.

Produce is either always close to rotten or already expired. Fruit is always questionable. Produce is a not good despite their ads. I was there today and couldn't complete my grocery list. Twelve items I needed were not in stock. Par for the course with this store

Whenever I go to Giant, this is my go to Giant. To start, there is plenty of parking.They usually have what I'm looking for, and a decent number of self checkouts making the trips very quick and efficient. The Bakery and Deli are amazing, as they have the Boars Head ham which they do not have at many other stores. They also have a coinstar that I like to use which is a great incentive for me. The employees are polite and great to talk too as well. Overall, it's one of my favorite grocery stores in the area.

Giant Direct pickup service has been excellent at this location. There are designated parking spaces out in front of the store. The associates come out quickly and are professional. The number you call when in parking spot is the stores general number. Only glitch...Is a separate number should be used that does not go to the store service desk. You have to get into an explanation about why you are there and what spot you are parked in.
