DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!...I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!!! A SIMPLE INSPECTION TURNED MY 32,000 DOLLAR RUBICON GRANDAUGHTERS JEEP INTO A DEATH TRAP, SIMPLY BY FINDING WAYS TO OVERCHARGE....$5000!! NOW I NEED TO TRADE IT IN . THE STEERING WHEEL IS TOTALLY DAMAGED AS IT TAKES THE BUPIEST DRIVE. BEFORE YOU GET THE CAR BACK THEY WANT YOU TO WRITE GOOD FEEDBACK!!! I WILL BE CALLING MY ATTORNEY!!!!

They really take care and pride in what they do. They work on your car as if it was their own. They also have a loaner car which is hard to find a place that does.

I highly recommend this garage. Family owned and such great customer service. Very nice, accommodating and stand by their repairs. I trust them completely. Will never leave this business. (I hope they never close or change hands).

Nice group of people, they’re usually not too busy so it’s easy to get your vehicle in to get serviced without waiting. PA inspection is only $102 including sticker and fees. Parts can be pricey if you need anything, but they’re honest about labor and don’t gouge. Definitely recommend if you’re local.

I can't say enough about the professionalism! I've been driving for 40 years, (2 years ago moved into the area) and have never felt as safe and informed about my car. Desiree, Joe and the rest of the team are a pleasure. When you find a great service, stay with it...this is it for me!

Honest repair shop with reasonable pricing. Joe and Desiree will always be transparent with what NEEDS to be repaired in your vehicle Vs what is recommended. It's very difficult to find trust in this industry as a customer, and they've been reliable since I've been going there the last two years. Car runs great because of them. I would highly recommend ??

I moved to hatfield in 2015, I tried 2 other auto shops before I found these guys.I literally have never been happier with any other company. If your looking for reliable, professional,Quality and honesty then you need to come here. They are amazing.They go above and beyond for us. They always back up anything they find wrong. I get and email with pictures, and description. They will take the time to talk you through everything and anything you need to know. Desireé works the front office and I absolutely love her. She goes above and beyond to help us out. She takes the time for us and I always look forward to talking with her. I had an issue with mice nesting in my hood and not only did the guys take care of it and clean it all out, they sprayed special stuff all around to help keep them away. I live near a lot of woods so it happens. Desireé went and not only explained special products for me to keep up with that maintenance but, she also emailed the information to me in case I forgot. Ive seriously never had such great care from a company like this.These guys become family and whatever you need they help you out and guide you in the right direction.So, if you want top notch Quality care come here I know you will be extremely happy you did.Just remember Quality and great care is what your vehicles need and thats exactly what you will get.Thank you franconia auto repair family for always giving us great service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

This is a next level place. They are extremely professional. I have used many other repair shops over the 30 years I have been driving and these people are the most thorough. They have a loaner car that is super helpful. They do a 30 or 40 point inspection and text you a link to a detailed report about the overall health of your car. They show you pictures of what is wrong, even pictures of your fluid on a napkin next to new fluid so you can actually see how your fluid has gotten darker over time. They rate everything, for example, my brake fluid was a 5 out of 10 so they marked it as something that needs to be addressed but not critical. My wiper blades were marked critical because they were not functioning correctly. I had them fix a lot of stuff on my older ford escape. suspension, steering, EGR valve, oil pressure sender, AC, wiper blades, etc. They even cleaned my engine so we could see if there were any leaks that got missed. When I opened my hood to check my oil it looked like a new car! Its 20 years old. The best part for me is the loaner car, that just makes it so easy.

Franconia Auto Repair was my best mechanic experience to date! Starting from the scheduling all the way through to the speedy and efficient return of my car, working with the folks there was a breeze. They were extremely thorough while looking over my car and provided detailed feedback (including pictures and informational videos) about what needed to be done immediately and in the future. I was provided with a detailed quote and timeline for upcoming repairs as well. Overall, I am very glad to have found this place and look forward to having my car serviced there in the future.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The reviewed my car and gave me photos of what was wrong. The only issue is that they wanted to charge me $848 dollars for a bumper replacement. I took it to another shop and they bought the Ford OME part for it and charged me $365 dollars with labor. That is almost $500 dollars difference. They also identified an issue with my lower control arms. The rubber had worn through after 10 years. They quoted me $1299 dollars for the replacement, parts and front end alignment. I was able to have it done at another place for $1000. They specifically quoted me NAPA control arms replacement for $335.65, but when you go to NAPA website the part only costs $265.99. That was $70 x2 markup on just the parts. If you think I may be looking at the wrong parts...don't forget I found another place that did the repair for $300 dollars less. That 23% cheaper on the control arms not even discussing the bumper replacement.

Car repairs are typically unplanned, and often come at inconvenient times. My latest issue was all of the above × 1000. During the passing of a close family member, my cars dashboard lit up like a christmas tree. After a quick diagnosis at the dealer, we learned that it was the timing chain, something replaced at Franconia in November 2021. When I shared the issue, Joe at Franconia asked me to bring it in. He reviewed the issue and confirmed the parts were faulty and he would take care of it. Not only did he and his staff fix the issue and take ownership of the problem, but he got it done a week early at no cost!! The compassion he and his staff showed during an already stressful time has earned them a customer for life!!
