Joseph from OSL phone services in the back of Walmart really was amazing and super respectful, he helped me with upgrading my phone and kept me laughing and happy while we waited for the process to be complete. He really was such a help and also helped my daughter get a brand new iPhone for 25 dollars out the door and she is beyond grateful and happy. This young man is going to go far in life! I rate this business a 10/10 and will be going here to upgrade me and my daughter's phone for now on. Easy and was out the door quick.

Ripoff Alert, Beware! Walmart Vision Center is an awful place to buy eyeglasses. They lie, misrepresent their prices, overcharge for cheap, lousy poor fitting glasses. They play games with insurance and then send you a bill for surcharges. Beware of documents they make you sign so they can come after you for additional charges. Although I tried to resolve this by writing to the company, speaking to their smug customer service people, they are simply a lousy eyeglass vendor who should be avoided at all costs. Don't make the same mistake as I did, go to Costco or any other quality vendor recommened by Consumer Reports. Walmart Optical is a scam

I can in on a Monday evening at 7:00 pm to return something. I was told by 3 employees just standing there shooting the crap, doing nothing And then a forth one joined in. As I was walking to customer service, I walked past 3 women talking get to customer service and it was strapped of before 7PM! I was told they don't have enough employees. Bad Business Target has many employees Target from now on.

THE MANAGER MUST BE FIRED. We walked in to purchase prime and then were looking at the clothes and the manager approached us and told us we had to leave for absolutely no reason. I was being polite and asking why we were being kicked out and she ignored me and fake called the police. I told her she could check the cameras to see we did nothing but she ignored me again. We were not being disruptive we were simply purchasing items but we got kicked out. Half of these reviews have to do with the manager being terrible, she must be fired!

The Walmart is alright but when there are days that there are really long lines there and some staff there are rude and the floors are kinda dirty

The hot cereal is a very good option here at this particular store. Sorry for the shelf that was almost bumped when the cartwheel bearing became non-operable.

If I could give no stars I would. I will never come to this Walmart again. They expect people to spend their entire day waiting in line here it's absurd. It's disrespectful and follows no covid regulations. This Walmart needs serious attention.

2/26/2021I will change my rating if my issue gets resolved. I visited this location for an article but it wasn't in stock. A day or so later I ordered it online to be shipped to the store for pick-up. I received a confirmation of the sale and an email stating not to show up until my order is ready. I received an email when my order was ready. I went to the pick up location and the employee gave me the purchase in a tied up bag. When I got home I opened the bag and the item was the wrong color.This is where Wal-Mart gets a F. I tried calling the store and no one picks up.I got ahold of someone through Walmart.com and they reached the store and I was eventually disconnected (27 mins later).I contacted Wal-Mart.com again and was given a phone number to call the store. It was an 800 #. After 23 minutes I was connected and the pick-up manager got on the phone then promptly disconnected.As I was calling Wal-Mart.com a 3rd time, Wal-Mart was calling my home phone. The employee (that handed me the bag) apologized that I was disconnected from her manager but, "he had to go". She did get another manager. At this point I was already on the phone 90 minutes trying to resolve my issue. During my conversation with the employee she indicated that they substituted for the color they gave me. She said it wasn't so much they didn't have my color but they didn't have my size. THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY ITEM PERIOD. At no point was I informed that they didn't have what I ordered or that they were substituting it.I heard a lot of what they CAN'T do to help me get what I ordered vs what they were going to do. Now I will be talking to the store manager tomorrow morning to get this resolved.2/27/2021After several unanswered phone calls I decided to hit the extension for the pharmacy since the regular extension or electronics didn't pick up. I called the pharmacy 4x and disconnected each time. 34 mins total on hold. Finally Gary, a lead picked up and tried to locate the item in the store I initially ordered. He called back and couldn't find it so he recommended ordering it online and offered me a $20 gift card.
