The whole staff team was friendly and greeted my mother and I at the door. Mike, the sales rep I worked with mostly, was super knowledgeable and helpful! He ran numbers for me multiple times with various lenders to get me the best rates with a down payment I could afford. I couldn’t be happier about my purchase! The manager that counted my down payment was so fun to chat with and also made me feel like I was making a great decision. I unfortunately forgot the reps name (his last name was hilariously appropriate for his job) but he also was very knowledgeable and spoke in a comforting tone. It was an all around smooth experience and I felt like I could trust the staff to provide me with the best options; not like they just wanted to make a sale. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My experience at Car shop was exceptional. It’s a beautiful feeling to know that you were the only family member left to purchase a vehicle there and that’s exactly how they treated us, like family. Ethan was amazing, Erica was thorough, and the entire staff were very accommodating I have already submitted a referral to a friend and I am excited to return! Thank you for such superior customer service and finding exactly what I wanted in a vehicle !

Other than the purchased warranty not covering any of my items ? Jose was awesome and clear in everything needed, things recommended & the cost of each item. Agreed upon items were completed as promised and I love the lady at the after hours service pick-up, who’s courteous, friendly & engaging… something rare in today’s atmosphere.

The sales process was easy and I am happy with my car. I do have a few I owe yous but assuming that all goes well I would give this dealership a good rating.
I could have maybe gotten a better deal financially elsewhere but I really prefer this no haggle approach. I was not stuck in the dealership for hours like I have been at traditional car dealerships

Purchased 4 cars from CarShop (pka Car Sense) and I have been satisfied with them all. Previously bought our cars through Sean Hiett but he has since been promoted. But no matter who we go to everyone has been quite helpful, professional and the process for purchasing a car is super easy. The no haggling makes you feel comfortable dealing with them.
The service department is also great to deal with!!
