We purchased a camper van a little over a year ago. We bought the extended warranty and the finance manager, Jared Saraga, said that it covers everything bumper to bumper. Well, it turns out that this was a lie and I contacted Campers Inn in October to cancel the warranty, which is the process that I needed to take. They have refused to answer my request and have not canceled the warranty. I now will be filing complaints to get this terrible dealer to get this done. I would definitely NOT recommend Campers Inn.

We drove from Southern Delaware to the Campers Inn near Philly.They had the 2024 newly design rv we were looking for. The process was started online, handled by text and email. We drove up, inspected the rv, signed the paperwork and we were on our way. It couldn't have been easier.A special thank you to Brandie, in Internet sales and Suzie in finance, who worked her magic with the financing.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We definitely recommend Campers Inn.Btw, this is our 3rd rv and it is fabulous!

Bob (sales) was a friendly, no-pressure salesman and very personable. The entire transaction was smooth & streamlined. We were able to go back the following weekend to complete the purchase and surprised to find out that they put 6 brand new tires on the RV. The discount to use in the camp store was very helpful & appreciated too. We are looking forward to using our complimentary 1-year camping pass w/Thousand Trails.Dean (service) showed us all the bells & whistles. He took his time and was super friendly & knowledgeable.Tim (parts/camp store) shared lots of tips and showed us all the modern equipment. It’s been a number of years since we had a camper so it was a nice refresher.The people in the showroom were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend Campers-Inn to my friends & family.

This service team at Campers Inn of Philadelphia gets five stars from me. I brought them my Rockwood travel trailer which had a busted slide out. Their repair was fast and solid. In fact, I would go as far to say that it’s better than the original build. Due to the quick turnaround, I was able to finish up the summer season without missing a beat. Thank you.

So not happy with the service dept. So the sales team, Linda, is great! But looks like they all only keep their verbal or written word before you take a camper off the lot. After the brand new camper is bought, and you have to go back to get it serviced 2 years later, all verbal promises and emails are forgotten. Don't drive off the lot without all the Covid manufacturing kinks worked out or fixed or replaced, don't wait till your first service date. Don't bother buying any of the warranties! The service dept. will not honor their conversations /emails with you!!

We had a good experience with our sales rep Linda. Dan did our walk through and explanation of our class A. He did a great job. Everyone in service is very helpful. Unfortunately they are short handed in service so it takes a little longer to get repairs done. But they are trying to be very accommodating.

Wondering where to get the best service for your RV? Then head on over to Campers Inn RV of Philadelphia. In our 30 years of RVing, we have never found a place that treated us like family like the team at Campers Inn of Philadelphia. We had decided that after all the years of motor homing without a tow, it was time to take the plunge. Tim walked us through all the steps in the installation of a Blue Ox towing system. He instilled such confidence, we knew we were in the right place. Unlike most RV service shops where the waitlist can be months, Cindi in service got us in right away, even during this busy summer season. Dewayne coordinated with us, keeping us posted as the installation progressed. When the system was in place, we received a thorough training from Ryan and Anthony on how to set up the tow. They insisted that we call if we had any problems—and they meant it. Kurt’s team in parts and Justin’s team in service work so well together, it is obvious that the crew at Campers Inn RV of Philadelphia like each other and create a sense of family for themselves and their customers. We felt totally taken care of. We highly recommend Campers Inn RV of Philadelphia if you want the job done right.

Very friendly staff, the pictures online were perfect, we drove from Florida to purchase a used travel trailer in great shape. It was well worth the trip.

Kevin reached out via a phone call to introduce himself and answer our numerous questions after we expressed interest in the Grech RVs online. He then helped us find the exact right one for us, working with us each step of the way so we felt comfortable taking the leap! Ryan, the service technician, took all the time necessary to show us the ins and outs when we took delivery. We have been happy campers ever since!!

Our sales guy, Kevin V, was great throughout the process. He kept in touch consistently and even after our purchase to make sure things are going well. He is Opposite of a pushy annoying sales person!Pickup process, which included signing the papers, walkthrough which was helpful, went smoothly though took over 2 1/2 hours, which was exhausting.Overall, would recommend this place. We love our camper and it seems to be in great condition (though haven’t yet gone camping since picking it up a week ago) ???? and we got a good deal after they opened up to negotiation. We drove it home in a pouring down storm for an hour and had no leaks ??

Kevin was awesome while we shopped around for a camper. He took all the time we needed & we never felt rushed. He took all the information down as to what we were looking for & was able to show us many campers that matched that info. They were also great handling our trade-in camper. Very quick to get paperwork and approval handled.

Our salesman Kevin was extremely patient and helpful. Dan, who did our demo, was very experienced and thorough. This was our first time buying from a dealer and all the staff made us feel comfortable and ready to get on the road w our new toy! We would highly recommend this dealer :)

The staff throughout the store and service area is phenominal! When I picked up my pop up camper, the technician spent 2.5 hours showing me how everything worked and making sure that I understood why things worked the way they do. I was confident enough to open up the camper at home by myself thanks to this training. Towing was also a breeze thanks to more demonstrations from the service team. The parts department went above and beyond to find a fitting for me to use for grey water drainage. I know my purchase was small compared to other rigs (a used pop up under $10k). Campers Inn treated me like a queen and never ridiculed me for not knowing something or asking a lot of questions. Thanks Campers Inn for making my camper- owner dreams come true!

We LOVE Linda and Dan! Everyone was very nice, especially the "Director of smiles" . Linda was amazing from the start. She showed us exactly what we wanted, gave us some helpful information, and we walked out very happy. When we picked up our camper, Dan was there to walk us through everything inside and out. He was so patient, kind, and honest. If everyone could be like Dan, the world would be a better place. When we left, we knew everything about that camper and felt very comfortable with our purchase. Definitely recommend this place for all of your camping needs and the staff is friendly, funny, and knowledgeable!
