Due to a recent ID theft, we needed to close and open new accounts immediately.Dave Stonehill, Manager and the whole, Maple Glen, PA team were great during a very stressful time. “Team Key” (a 4.6 star branch) now knows our names and always greets us with big smiles.With all the online and walk-in banking options, to have a “home town” experience is wonderful. “When Key took over First Niagara 10 years ago I was sorta bummed. Fast forward to now and a move from CT to PA and all I can say is \"wow\"! What a great bunch of people over in Sauderton. Denise Camerieri is my goto for all my business and personal banking needs here. Adore her. And the tellers are just as helpful and amazing. They have a new branch manager, Diana I think her name is. The branch has a drive thru and an ATM. Excellent parking and is located next door to a CVS. This is one branch, one bank that goes above and beyond for their customers. No matter how much money you have or what your net worth is at. Everyone is treated the same and I love that.”

“These past reviews seem to just be a case of sour people going after one bank. Customer service is never the easiest but I’ve used this bank for the past year and found nothing but great costumer service, I took a visit a couple weeks ago to change a card and while waiting was greeted by a manager and had a nice conversation, and was quickly assisted by another manager. Great costumer service with low staff”
