Once again, as it's been since 2017, their mail carrier is delivering mail to the wrong address! I just received a call from my Credit Union asking if I moved because I didn't response to their letter they mailed. I stated Not at all, yet it was returned to sender (written on it @ the top of the envelope, from whoever it was delivered to). My credit union verified my address, that was correct on their envelope! This was an urgent, time-senstive piece of mail that I NEVER GOT!!

The girl at the front counter needs to get off her phone and properly address customers. She adds steps in to my simple prepaid drop offs that no other USPS employee does.

It is very bad service. Today a few hours ago I went to pick up some application forms for a passport and the girl threw the forms on the counter. She didn't even pay attention to me from the beginning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I always say that sometimes we all have a bad day, but don't take out the anger you feel on the customers...

Rude & Horrible Customer Service.
Stopped in today and the woman sitting behind the counter was too busy on her phone with AirPods in to even know people have walked in.
Not the first time this has happened at this location. Many times before I have walked in and they completely ignore you and look at you crazy for coming in. They don’t even say a word and get annoyed that you’re not approaching the desk. As if they didn’t just ignore me/other people and carried on their conversations. Absolutely rude, arrogant and defensive when asked a question.
Inconsiderate staff members are all that’s here.

Amazing... I was in here with my toddlers and got distracted. Accidentally left my envelopes and sheet with mailing labels in the store.
I assumed they fell out of the stroller.
What a surprise when I found them mailed to me!

The workers were MISERABLE and I already pre-paid for priority mail and shipping and they refused to let me use a free priority package. Awful.

This is the worst post office. With the exception of one very friendly woman that’s there when I go early weekday afternoons, everyone other employees is beyond rude. This post office is supposed to open at nine on Saturdays. Today At 9:24 still closed for business, a man comes to the door doesn’t say anything and just slaps a sign on the door that says “ we open at 10” no explanation, no “ im so sorry we had you standing out here but”, just treats you like you’re an inconvenience. Take a ride a few minutes away and go to the Horsham or willow grove post office

My mom moved out of Hatboro and submitted a change of address in January. It’s now June, and she still doesn’t get a lot of her mail to her new address. She has made numerous visits to the Hatboro post office to handle the issue, but they have failed to successfully resolve it. She has also made many phone calls to the postal service complaint line. This ordeal has caused her a lot of stress, and I feel so bad that she has had to deal with this.
