Jimmy is the BIGGEST SCUMBAG across the globe. Had my truck for a couple months. My paint is bubbling and chipping, the hood is off center, my door Is creeks when I open it, noise coming from front right side grill never screwed back on, unbelievable how a person can do such HORRIBLE WORK (OR LACK THERE OF) So many issues it's insane. No wonder he's hiding out like an coward. What goes around comes around.

They had my vehicle for months! After not being able to reach them and have them provide any credible update on the repair, I needed to send a tow truck to pick it up from the shop and take it to another shop.

This is one of the towing vendors that Upper Moreland uses to tow away cars involved in an accident by default. I can't speak to their repair quality of work. I didn't end up being able to get the towed vehicle repaired, as the insurance company totaled it.

An awesome body shop. Great group of guys working here. They fixed my Lexus ES350 when I got rear ended. These guys were able to get me an original right taillight and fix my rear quarter panel seamlessly. I was back up and running in no time. Tanner Ave is the place, that put a smile on my face, they repair and replace, at a breakneck pace. Trust Tanner to be sure. Thanks guys. And smoke 'em if you got 'em!

UPDATE: had my car back for 24 hours and it is already back on a tow truck..HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. This man is the biggest scam artist; if you love your car stay AWAY as far as you can. My car was at this shop for a total of 127 days after an accident. Jimmy the owner told us it would be only a two week job. Weeks turned into months, Jimmy never at the shop, doesn't return calls, doesn't have a voicemail set up, and when he does eventually get back to you he gets upset that you're calling about your car! I asked to pick my car up as he hadn't touched it for 90 days and i said i wanted a refund and to pick it up and take it to another shop and he said "out of the question, i have too much invested." at that point, he only removed my front bumper and nothing else was touched. I was told more than once when my car would be ready, and every time the day would could there would be another issue as to why we could not pick up my car. It was to the point where we drove 8 hours to pick up a bumper for my car that he ordered incorrectly TWICE. On day of pick up; my car had additional damage that was not there when my car was brought to them. All of these positive reviews they have are from people who work there or are friends with Jimmy please do not believe any lies that are put here.

Horrific experience, my car was there over 127 days , Jimmy the owner is the biggest scam artist on the planet Earth. He promised my car would only be about a two week job, weeks turned into months. When i finally did pick up my car it was filthy, had addtional damage that they caused and the owner was sitting at his desk with his feet up, smoking a cigar saying "it'll buff right out, give me 15 minutes" HE HAD MY CAR FOR 4 MONTHS AND WANTS 15 MORE MINUTES???? I really don't even understand how he is even in business, he is never there, doesnt return calls and doesnt even have a voicemail box set up! Stay as far away from this shop as you can.

After being towed there following a minor accident, They had our car for 31 days. It was not touched for 3 weeks (supply chain issues?) The boss seemed to never be there and never returned calls. We were told by an assistant on 6/13 that he was cleaning it & could be picked up in the afternoon.We went to pick it up on 6/20 and it was dirty, inside & out and still had remains of a partial wax job on it.We had to rent a car at $50./day. We will never use them again.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

If you have a junk car that you need to get rid of I highly reccomend you call this company. They are as fair as can be. Also very nice people. They really do give you top dollar for old cars. Im extremely happy i went with tanners auto. Process was so easy and they were right on time. Very happy with them.

Tanner Auto Body is the absolute best body shop I have ever delt with. From my Mercedes, Bently and Nissan they repair all of my vehicles. I would highly recommed them to anyone!
