I can’t say enough good things about this place. Calvin is knowledgeable, gives great advice, charges the most reasonable prices ever, and completes the work in an extremely timely fashion. And it’s a place where everybody knows your name! We bring all three of our Priuses there now.

Don’t ever go to this place for your car inspection and emissions. They are fraud and cheaters. They will try to do get more money out from your pocket. The guy Calvin is super rude.

Run, don't walk anywhere else. I scheduled a 10am inspection appointment weeks ago. I arrived on time and opted to wait in store. It took them over 2.5 hours to inspect my car. Upon inspection, they "found" issues that would cause me to fail my inspection. After reading other reviews, I wish I had left and gotten a second opinion because it appears that they are predatory, but after spending over 2.5 hours there, I wanted to be done. I was told it would take another hour to hour and a half to complete the work, I did not leave the store until after 3pm.
Upon the work being completed, the total cost was nearly a $100 more than I was quoted and authorized hours prior. Standard practice is to include the cost of labor in the price total they ask you to authorize. They did not do this. The man working the front desk was unprofessional, condescending and rude when I pointed out the discrepancy.
Horrible experience all around. I will not be back.

There is many things off about that place!
Adding more to the review since I received a call from the manager a week latter ....
Complaining about my "fraudulent" review from a week ago telling me to take me to the court!....(he still has my number somehow)
I had a bad flat tire leak had to be fixed asap.
Yet its a simple and quick repair!....
The week latter i received a call .... from the manager started harassing me by calling me today and telling me he will take me to the court for the "fraudulent" review i made...
Well he called the cops on me bc I was not happy with the treatment of the manager and dare to complain !.. He told me to leave the property .....
i asked him to give my paperwork back (with my contact info on it)
He refused and he said leave or he calling the cops!!!... two minutes latter he called the cops!!!
He called the cops on me bc i was dare to tell him I do not like the way he talk to me and I not happy they made me wait hours ,never called me back hours of waiting ,waiting on call me back when they " were"finally ready to see me ,and also told them I not really trust them with my vehicle anymore.
The cops made him give back my paperwork to me!!
So I had to go to a place drive far while loosing air from that tire. (Was a giant metal peace in it)
Went to my go to place far "Ardmore tire"
They were awesome as always!
They patched the tire in half an hour!
So yeah my advice to people to stay away!
If you want to change people's review for the better you firs apologize as a business for the
"Inconvenience" Not calling them and tell them they take you to court ....or call the cops on them !!

The mechanics did a great job, but the guy at the counter is kind of condescending and it diminished my experience. There’s something about taking your car to the mechanic as a woman and them talking to you like your 5 years old that rubs me the wrong way.

Calvin is extremely rude. The tone in his voice was extremely arrogant. A professional establishment should address their customers with respect and dignity. I also asked for the contact info of the Vice President and he told me there was no vice president. A Groupon was purchased and should be honored as it was listed on the website. If they didn’t want to participate they should have taken care of it with the participating third party. If you want respect and honesty I wouldn’t suggest NOT going to this location. I do no recommend.

I dropped off my car there to get emissions and state inspection done using a coupon from their site. It was my first time visiting and was pleasantly surprised: excellent, quick service. The attendants and technician (Steven) were professional and quick. Great service, highly recommend!

Excellent service. Very honest and reasonable. I always use this shop for my regular car maintenance such as oil change, tire or breaks service. Besides them, they can fix transmission or electric wire if necessary. Many experiences with them, but they always help me out very well. One time when I needed to replace a tire rim, they gave me a great advice how to deal with insurance company. I highly recommend this shop for your car service if necessary.

Upon arriving at the shop with a Groupon for an oil change and inspection, I was informed that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced, despite having changed them a year ago and passing the front brake pads inspection at the same shop. I became suspicious of the situation and decided to have a friend inspect them, who confirmed that the rear brake pads were in good condition. I then sought a second opinion from a different shop and they also confirmed that the rear brake pads were fine, leaving me perplexed as to why the previous shop had attempted to fail them. It became apparent that this shop was engaging in unscrupulous practices by trying to sell unnecessary services and wasting my time and money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

Can’t rate the service as my appointment was never confirmed, but based on customer service alone (or lack thereof) I would never recommend this place. Purchased a discounted oil change via Groupon on January 6th, scheduled/requested my appointment online via there website for January 13th. Nobody ever called and my appointment was never confirmed. Attempted to call multiple times to request an appointment my calls were never answered or returned. Not sure why they even offer discounts on Groupon if you can never schedule an appointment to use it, also not sure why they even bother having an online appointment scheduler if you have to wait for someone to call and confirm the appointment anyway. Will never go here and am hoping to get a refund from Groupon for my wasted money.

Always have a great experience getting my oil changes done here. They make scheduling a breeze and are always friendly and attentive on the phone. Services are reasonably priced in my experience— I’ve had oil changes, inspections and lights changed out here so far— and the costs have always been very fair.Its a small convenience store with a little seating area so you can hang out comfortably while your vehicle is serviced. Would recommend.
