“It’s hard to believe that this could happen leaving a Verizon store, but the above-and-beyond service I got for more than a 90 minute tricky problem had me leaving feeling I was royalty—or at least had 2 personal assistants working diligently on my behalf.
Possibly because their fraud department was protecting me from identity theft, my desire to reactivate a former line required internal security clearance second only to the CIA.
Jake, leading the way with intelligent support from Mike, figured out a peculiar glitch and stayed with me every minute of the way through a series of well-intentioned but arduous steps requiring repititious validations and obstacles taking—seriously—over 90 minutes. Jake stayed focused and non-exasperated with the security people even when we had to repeat tests…and like a good coach, sent me encouraging glances when my own patience wavered. Mike showed a lot of common sense and real involvement with the mission.
I give these guys the highest marks in seriousness of purpose AND empathy. What could have been a nightmare became a warm collaboration.”

“First time in this store as I had moved since my last trip. I worked with Jazmyne and it could not have gone smoother. I was instantly greeted and sat down. We went over every option and she had an immediate answer for every question I had. Came in with a shattered iPhone X and left with an iPhone 15 pro max 20 min later. We actually spoke about her moving to another state soon so she made sure to give me the info for her coworkers in case I had any issues. Easy 5 stars.”

I had visited another store first actually the Grant Ave store to transfer from Verizon to AT&T …BIG MISTAKE should have STARTED at the Frankford Ave store because the associate at Grant Ave gave me false information and I was ready to just return the phone and stay with Verizon ..but decided to stop by the 8920 Frankford Ave store to see if possibly they could help and Larry and Mohammed absolutely did not disappoint!!! My sister and I entered and were greeted IMMEDIATELY by these two gentlemen then after I explained what I needed they responded with “no problem we can definitely do this “ and in FIVE minutes had me up and running WITH MY NUMBER PORTED OVER ( the Grant Ave associate said this “was not possible” and made me get a new number ,which was so stressful bc I’ve had the same phone number for 10 yrs imagine a decade worth of business contacts, friends and accounts needing to be contacted about a number change YIKES )and I did not understand bc i own my phone and it’s not locked etc …none the less Larry and Mohammed were super nice ,very professional AND extremely knowledgeable and informative of different services offered and policies and when I said 5 min I am so serious!!! In 5 min my old number was ported over to the new phone and all of my anxiety literally vanished so fast I actually cried bc I was so relieved and grateful and I really felt that the other store associate wasn’t listening to me and just wanted to get a sale and then leave for the day without really trying. Needless to say I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED and if you need ANYTHING from AT&T GO TO THIS STORE and see Larry or Mohammed they will not disappoint and they both are super nice and do their jobs FAST!!! I will not go anywhere but this store !!!”
