...So not only did they open 45 minutes late because their one employee decided to sleep in... but they apparently have no PHONES in stock at their PHONE store.We've been on the fence about switching the AT&T for a while now. Guess that decides things.

Where immensely helpful. Was dealing with my phone issues with my screen being cracked. Alex and Ashraf were on the phone with me through costumer service too fix the issues and got a transfer and upgrade. Now my phone and service great !

I went to the Metro on York rd and was refused service, I ended up coming here to this one shortly after. They were very attentive as well as very smart to assess my problems they also give gifts when purchasing any items

I have been a Metro PCs customer for over Ten years. I love the service we get for the unlimited plan. However this store here has the wrong idea of customer service. I wondering if you hours of operation says that you close at 7:00 pm your doors shouldn't be locked at 6:35 pm. But that's what happens when you have people working who don't like there job and can't wait to get out of there place of work.

2nd time i went there, door was locked and sign on door (Bathroom be back soon) waited 15 minutes no one came back. 45 minutes before closing time.
