great store for bakers and candy makers. All kinds of cake decorating supplies, boxes, boards, melting chocolate and lots of molds. I have been shopping there for years. Kathy is great!! So much knowledge and experience. You can ask her anything for whatever your baking or making and she has the answer.

My mother has purchased chocolate from here for 20 years. This year she purchased 15lbs of chocolate for making all of her holiday treats. When she began to work with the chocolate she noticed it wasn’t melting down the way it normally does/has in the past and she could not use it.A day or two later she returned to let the proprietor know there was an issue with the chocolate. Upon arriving the husband of the owner was extremely rude and started shouting at my mother “there’s nothing wrong with the F#%$ing CHOCOLATE” . The owner/wife arrived and began shouting at her too that she was wrong and there was nothing with the chocolate. After more arguing and treating my mother like dirt the owner states “I guess I just have to make everything perfect for everyone”As a small business owner, yes you do have to make things perfect. As a small business owner during COVID, you should treat every customer as your only lifeline and most important client.These people have multiple negative reviews about their attitude. Honestly if owning a small business and maintaining positive customer experience is to hard, close shop because you lost a 20yr customer.
