The guys here at Hatboro Lumber are awesome. Whatever your job, big or small, they will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and provide a great price as well. These folks have gonna above and beyond for me personally many times and I know I am not the only one. Give them a shot here before heading over to Home Depot or Lowes.Anytime I need wood (giggity), composite, or just need questions answered I come here!

Needed a small amount of lumber and decided to try local rather than a big box store. Staff was very friendly and informative when I called as well as when I visited. Was able to get it delivered the following day for free as I was close enough the driver was really great and happy with the quality of the lumber. Would recommend. Support local and get great experience.

I recently took up woodworking and have shopped at the big box stores because they are closer by. From here on it will be Hatboro Lumber - better prices, better wood, better service, all. I had them cut down some birch plywood for me, and their cuts were actually square and straight. And the saw blade was evidently sharp -- good clean cuts. I am very pleased. They keep this up, they keep my business for sure. Happy to recommend.

Hatboro Lumber was my first choice with a need for a custom door. I provided multiple pictures with dimensions and measurements since the dwelling the door was to be installed on was forty plus years old and did not have a standard measurement.Hailey was reassuring that the door that I ordered would meet the specifications exactly.The door was ready in two days; which immediately had me wondering how they could make a custom door and have it delivered in two days.I picked up the door, and transported it to the job site. This was where my fears were realized. This was not a custom made door to MY specifications; it was a stock door or possibly even a return. Anger that my time and money were wasted; I called to get answers. I got no return call or email.I have been a general contractor for eighteen plus years. I could plainly tell when measurements were off and specifications were not followed.The sticker on the door jamb was dated 05/31/2022 which was six months prior to my order. The hinge side jamb had two cracks in it and the opposite side had to be planed because when hung the door would not stay shut.This was a miserable experience, the customer service was non existent. I will NEVER use this company again. I gave the installation of this door to the client at no charge.What an epic loss.

Mike, the guys, and Hailee take good care of me all the time. For example, Mike and Dan have given me their valuable time to talk me through projects such as how to measure for both a swinging door and a pocket door. Just the other day, there was a charge on my invoice from about a week earlier, maybe two, and I did not understand why. It was a very minor amount but with the way that Dan and Rob jumped right on it, you would have thought it was a thousand dollars. It would have been a legitimate charge to other lumber yards; however, Hatboro Lumber refunded me the money—no questions asked. When the swinging door manufacturer made a mistake on their end, not only did the manufacturer make good on it, but unexpectedly Hatboro Lumber (Mike) made good on it too. I highly recommend Hatboro Lumber. I have been getting my lumber from it for the past 8 years. I have recommended Hatboro Lumber to my friends and will continue to buy lumber and other products from it well into the future. Thank you. Frank

needed a load of 20 ft lumber and other lumber. A friend of mine, that is in construction recommended Hatboro Lumber. So Glad he did. I put in order online. Got quick quote from Dan who could not of been nicer. Modified order before it shipped with no problems. Order was delivered when they said it would and looks great. Driver was very helpful. Thank you Hatboro Lumber! I will be back.

Hailey at Hatboro Lumber was amazing! I placed a small order but she treated me like I was her most important customer. She took the time to make sure I had the right amount for my project and was able to schedule delivery around my hectic schedule. In today's world of phone automation it was an absolute pleasure speaking with her instead of pressing buttons to get to a real person. I hope her supervisor reads this and gives her a raise. She really represents the meaning of customer service. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future because of her.

Well when the lumber was delivered in poor condition but my husband worked with it. Now, a entry door has several tiny dents and I can't get them to return an email. I need a new door ordered. If they would have inspected it as promised they would have seen this.
