“I agree with other comments saying that it's the best postal office with friendliest and most helpful staff. I have been using this postal office for many years and never had a single unpleasant moment. They all are helpful, kind and friendly. Once I left my cellphone at the counter and they kept it for me :)I always feel positive and pleasant every time I visit there. Just watching them how nicely they treated to elderlies and helping them made me felt wholesome even in the busy hours at the post-office.Thank you all!”

Shouts out to the staff for your help!”
“USPS employee, Alex, was super helpful and efficient with getting my passport paperwork and photo submitted. Easy to make an appointment and knowledgeable staff!”

335 Butler St, Pittsburgh“Envelopes of all sizes. Packages as standard rates or priority with insurance available and also tracking. Most reliable shipping services across the country. I always trust them with my mail. You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”
“I don’t know who writes a review for a post office but apparently I am now that person. I just felt like I had to come here to say that the folks who work in this post office are the sweetest and most patient people. Every time I go they are always just so genuinely nice and go out of their way to be helpful.”
“Mandy took our son’s passport photo and reviewed the application. She was so kind and accommodating. We appreciate her so much. Kindest usps worker we’ve met!”

4746 William, William Flinn Hwy, Allison Park“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”

620 Allegheny River Blvd, Verona“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online). They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure. The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order. There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos). The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”
“staff has always been friendly and professional, and even with long lines they tend to move people through efficiently. that said, i tried to drop off a package this morning, waited towards the back of a line outside for several minutes, and when they still weren’t open at 8:40 i had to leave so i wouldn’t end up late for work. i’m not saying this to be vindictive or to shame them or whatever, stuff happens, just to share that you might be wasting your time if you arrive at 8:30 on the dot”
“Our mail carrier, Eric, is the best mail carrier I've ever had, and I have lived in many places across this country, I always get good service in the post office as well. Sometimes there is a line, but no different than any other post office I've used. We get much better service from our local post office that we get from FedEx. Thank you for the hard work!”
“Huge thanks to Scott for helping stamp and get wedding invitations out as "non-machinable" due to the wax seal. Friendly, helpful, and fast which made for an easy process.”

1 Priority Ln, Murrysville“This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”
“Easy to get via I-376; plenty of parking; service prompt, informative, and friendly. My package arrived on time and promptly. I'll definitely use this service again.”
