“This store on Memorial Hwy. is my favorite out of all the local DG's. I'm about the same distance from this store and the one in Pike's Creek and I'll choose Dallas every time unless they don't have something l need.The staff is awesome, and I've always been greeted warmly. If l have to ask about availability of a product over the phone, I'm never had an issue. They're always glad to check for me, even though I'm sure they're busy.The store is always clean, and the layout is the best out of the three local stores. I find getting around the other stores to be frustrating. Jumbled departments, and cluttered.”

“Lots of Hispanic grocery items available. There is a meat counter and deli counter. They offer Hispanic bread, but they are definitely not fresh and are stale. Prices for grocery items are definitely a lot higher than other local supermarkets.”
“Here you get your meat the butcher is very nice. You get oxtail and chicken and so on here and vegetables not that wide but if you home and need something fast here is a good spot.”
“Bakery has a wide selection of baked goods. The bakers are very helpful and did a great job personalizing the cake I selected for a birthday event.BEST CINNAMON BUNS I've had in many years. Other places sell a bun with just enough cinnamon to say it has some. These bakers do it right!”

Suffice to say, this place is clean as hell, pretty stocked, and the people are always chill and friendly, they've never failed to make me feel welcomed! 10/10 - Would recommend!”

“Good store. Fast, easy, and accommodatable. For some reason I thought they were a gerrity's, but now I know that their Scheils & still sell best yet I'll be shopping scheils instead anymore... Gerrity's switched and it was their worst decision. Only reason I go there is because I'm in desperate need & because I thought it was closer for some reason which Shields is actually closer...”
