“I’m honestly not one to write reviews, but I feel like this place should be an exception for me. The service at Carmix is outstanding. I called yesterday inquiring about one of their cars on the lot and spoke to Marty. He happily answered all of the questions I had over the phone and I wanted to come see it. He told me to come on down, and when I got there, I took it for a test drive and absolutely loved it. I had a couple of phone calls to make to my parents, and he was very kind and let me know to take as much time as I needed and to come back in when I was ready. My parents had a few questions, and Marty gladly talked to them on the phone and was very patient with all of the questions they had. The whole process, from time I stepped foot on the premises to the time I drove off with the car was less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Carmix!”

Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly but their parts are far superior to other automotive stores.I needed front calipers for my vehicle, but they didn't have them in stock. The staff immediately checked other stores in our area and found them at two different locations. They ran to both locations and brought them to the Dallas store for me that day! It's very refreshing to see a business so dedicated to helping their customers. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.”
