Employees that did the installation were great! , very frieldly, on time, were done in no time, and did a great job installing it. Did a great job on instructing how to use it, maintenance, and very good advice.The owner was also very friendly and helpful.If you have questions, or need help, they get right back to you, if they weren’t available at the moment.I would definitely use them again. A++

Over the past year I have purchased a tire machine, balancer and 2 lifts from this company. The one lift that is 6 months old the lift motor went bad. I called in and they told me that they would have to put a claim in. They put a claim into Tuxedo distributor who is in Texas. On the website they claim to have a parts and service department but for one of the most popular lifts they sell they don’t carry the motors for them. They told me I would need to go through Tuxedo Distributors in Texas. I had to open a claim, according to AE Technologies these lifts have a year warranty. Well Tuxedo covered the warranty on the motor but I have to pay $100 shipping for the part. This part was ordered 3 days ago and I still haven’t received it. I had a customer vehicle stuck on the lift, and now I had to cancel multiple appointments because of this. I asked the lady here if she can get me a lift motor from the new lifts they have and they would not. So if your looking for equipment do research on the warranty and how long it takes to get parts because there website has some deception on warranty,parts and service and you get charged for the warranty part.

Was in the market to purchase a new wheel balancer. My experience from start to finish was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and took the time to fully explain every function of the machine. Didn't feel rushed or pushed at any time. Ravaglioli equipment is one of the best names and product is very well built and very high quality. Made in Italy. They sell them at extremely competitive prices. Thanks again for your friendliness and your time! Would do business again in a heart beat! I wouldn't even bother with tool truck prices or the other "top brands" that sell garage equipment at ridiculous prices. Rav is comparable if not better in quality! Thank you AE for all your help. Hope to do business with you again!

We really had a great experience dealing with AETechnologies. The EASE Pennsylvania emission machine works great. The 9000 lbs 2 Post lift for trucks and cars runs strong and we had their tire changer for more than 10 years with no trouble. Would recommend to others for sales and service of shop equipment here in the Northeast of Pennsylvania.

I bought a lift from another company and had it shipped to AE Technologies to have them install it. The lift company messed up the shipping and AE Tech took care of everything. The lift install was fast and professional, I even had them set up my emissions machine with no problems and they are always more than happy to answer your questions. They are great to deal with.
