I just bought a trailer at Dennis Trailer Sales and would like to voice my experience. I have been doing business with them for approximately 25years, which says a lot. First off, it's original and still owner is a woman, Darla, the most honest and respectful person you could meet anywhere and gives her personal attention to any business being conducted. They have been winterizing our trailer for many, many years and Graig always answers my questions about things politely, I am 80, so have a lot of questions. Lisa and everyone there are helpful and friendly. I would recommend this business to anyone, best service I've ever had from a rv dealer. Oh, they have any parts you need there. Patty Smith

They don't carry toy haulers. That makes no sense.

Sorry, thought that I had done this a few years ago...great place to buy your next camper - family (and woman) owned dealership, fast and friendly - and great follow up with any issues! We bought our Hy-line at the RV show in 2020 (right before Covid) and had a great experience!

A small establishment that gives personal attention. They can help with most of your camping/camper needs.

I had a busted shower line that needed replaced and figured since it wasn't a 'common item' I was going to get raked thru the coals but not only was it extremely reasonable they went above and beyond to be helpful! They had a decent selection of campers as well. Loved the experience

Poor communication with regards to service visits, especially for semi-permanent residents of vacation trailer parks. My parents own a trailer in a community and it is used on weekends and holidays. The AC and furnace needed serviced for annual maintenance and the AC was running poorly. Because my parents do not live in the trailer permanently, and because Dennis cannot guarantee when they will be there (I understand they make rounds at trailer parks and that makes sense), and they also don’t call you when on their way, I arranged for a key to be left in the park office. The day that Dennis arrived, my parents were present and using the key as a backup because they actually forgot their own. Dennis left without calling, and called me after the visit to tell me I would be charged a no-show fee ($100). What is the point of calling after leaving? Call upon arrival, especially if things aren’t as they said they would be. Secondly, when they did arrive and use the key on the second visit, and no one was present, they performed the work without calling to explain what was done or to clarify what exactly we wanted expected—which would have been more thorough than a meter reading of AC output at the vent. They simply went off of the secretary’s shorthand notes. I was sent a bill for $250, with the no show fee, noting “AC good” “furnace good”. Yikes.

I needed an RV roof vent cover. I called them, and was asked to bring in a picture to help ID which model I needed. The salesman walked over to the shelf picked it out. I looked around to see if I needed anything else. (I didn't) I paid and left. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

I ordered a new "park model" camper that cost well over $70,000.00 and it took 10 months for it to arrive... that's actually understandable given the circumstances with supply chain issues, but when it arrived it was NOT as advertised. The pictures of the model we were shown and what we were expecting showed a clearly defined design feature with an overhang running the full length of the camper. This was absolutely one of the reasons we chose that model, but when it arrived this feature was absent. We had already paid in full for the unit so we had no leverage to work with. The salesperson Lisa made the point that it was an "option" and not a standard feature, she failed in her obligation to mention this to us when we were ordering it as we were assuming the pictures of the unit were exactly what we were getting. We are VERY disappointed in Lisa, and the camper. it will now cost us a couple Thousand dollars to make it the way we were expecting it to be, and there's no guarantee that I can match the colors of the trim and siding that have to be replaced, not to mention voiding any warranties applicable to the exterior of the camper. I would NOT recommend Dennis Trailers of Harrisville Pa since they are not accepting responsibility for their mistake and are blaming me for what happened. They should try harder to do a better job of making sure the customer is getting exactly what they want instead of just trying to make the sale.

I inherited an RV that was purchased used by my parents. It was manufactured in Canada but Dennis Trailer can find any part I've ever needed. Great people.

This is a fantastic family run business. Every person there was extremely helpful and friendly. Darla was very patient and helpful. Craig explained how everything works and even though he got water dumped on him from the awning he continued to demonstrate everything in detail. Lisa was so warm and inviting when we arrived and came out after we looked at everything to see if we needed anything or had any questions. I highly recommend Dennis Trailers Inc for your next rv or park model. They also offer rv parts and service along with rv furniture!!

Purchased our trailer here several years ago, had them set it all up, winterize for us every year in our campground, and stop up every year to check for parts, accessories and go thru the furniture inventory. Everyone is always very helpful & friendly.

Darla the owner had promised a delivery of our camper. We didn't receive it on that day. We called in and lisa in the office told us darla was out of town and said she wouldn't have said the date we were promised asked her to call darla to confirm she was indignant and rude to say the least.
