I frequently stop at the Harrison Valley Dandy Mini Mart for various products, including gas for my vehicle. As a customer I have to say that the staff there goes above & beyond the call of duty. Two staff members that stand out the most are Bobbie Jo White and Paula Dunham. These 2 ALWAYS have smiles on their faces and help me with anything I may need.I appreciate their can do attitudes and they both make sure I leave happy. This is lacking in the Customer Service industry these days, so when you are treated so nice I feel it should be recognized. Thanks, Ladies, for ALWAYS being so helpful & friendly. I called and placed an order for a single large pepperoni pizza when I was 30 minutes away. I was told my pizza would be ready in about 30 minutes or so, just like usual. When I arrived to pickup the pizza, I was met with confusion, unfortunately my order was never put into the system, or relayed to the cook in the back. Honestly not a big deal, it happens. I was told however that I'd have my pizza in 5 minutes, okay so they must've had an extra one coming out of the oven for whatever reason, sweet! I'm told 3 minutes later that it would just be another few minutes, cool. I then had to wait over 30 minutes before I got my pizza. I wasn't told anything or given any information until 25 minutes of waiting later, that it would just be another 5 minutes and I almost blew a gasket. I'm incredibly patient and understanding towards service workers, especially when they're busy, but why lie to me multiple times, and then not communicate with me regarding the mess ups. I wasn't even offered the pizza for free or anything, dude just said he was sorry. If I had known I was going to be waiting over 30 minutes I would've just left and not bothered. What an absolute joke of a situation.

Great pit stop if you are driving through Harrison Valley ... Conveniently located at the main intersection in town, it's an easy in and out off the main route ... currently their dining tables are open for those wishing to sit down and grab a bite ... Also I like this location as they are open on Sundays unlike other establishments in the area ...

The Dandy is less then a mile from my work so I stop frequently. They are located about 35 miles from my home and have the cheapest cigarette prices around. Always in and out and friendly staff!
