No matter how clueless I am about details, packaging, or shipping—Ian is always a HUGE help and takes great care of me. I’m always so relieved to see him behind the counter because I know he’ll make sure to thoroughly explain the answers to any and all of my many questions! He is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at customer service. Give this guy a raise and a promotion, FedEx!!!”

“I utilize this UPS store very frequently for all of my shipping and printing needs. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and able to answer any questions I may have. I had my wedding invitations printed here and they turned out beautifully. All packages I've sent through this store have shipped quickly and arrived safely to their location. “I've been here to drop off many packages over the past two months. Customer service has always been excellent. They've brought out hand trucks when I've brought in big loads, helped me carry in smaller loads, and just now re-taped a box that I forgot to fully seal on the bottom. When I don't have time to drop off packages myself, I've scheduled pickups. My packages have always gotten to their destination on time.”

“I am fed up with this postal service i have lived here for more than 2 years and my rent has been lost bills not received and purchases returned and not delivered my mother didn't recieve one of her bills for six months and now has cost her a lot of late fees etc to catch up what the HELL is the problem im calling to complain again”

“This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”

“I use this Post Office location often. All USPS representatives are always very helpful, regardless of questions or service I need. One suggestion, have an automated kiosk where customers can purchase stamps, envelope etc. during the after ours, that would make this location Perfect ?? outside of that I have no complaints.”

“It's really baffling why this post office is rated only two stars. There were two employees helping people, both were kind, friendly and very efficient at their jobs. There was a constant stream of people (11am on a Friday) but they kept the line moving with everyone being helped in a timely manner. I went in to purchase and subsequently mail an envelope and a money order. Between taking the time to fill out my information on the envelope and money order and waiting in line, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Granted, they didn't roll the red carpet and serve me champagne when I walked in but I'm willing to let it slide this once.”
“I had a print job for obituaries. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic beyond my expectations. I believe the young lady who assisted me was 'Jess' (I apologize if the name is incorrect). She was fantastic and showed such compassion for me, realizing my dire circumstance. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!”
