“This place OWNS! Kat is such a very very very nice person. I go visit sometimes to say hi. Everyone in Rillton is nice to her, and I like meeting them too. I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it. One thing I do know, this place is awesome since Katrina is here. She's super super super super super super... maybe one more super, yeah super nice. 50 stars out of 5.”

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door.The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with ample seating and plenty of space to move around. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making the space comfortable and inviting for customers.But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns, taking the time to ensure that I had everything I needed before I left.Overall, I can't say enough good things about the Monroville Post Office. “This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”

The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved. “It's really baffling why this post office is rated only two stars. There were two employees helping people, both were kind, friendly and very efficient at their jobs. There was a constant stream of people (11am on a Friday) but they kept the line moving with everyone being helped in a timely manner. I went in to purchase and subsequently mail an envelope and a money order. Between taking the time to fill out my information on the envelope and money order and waiting in line, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Granted, they didn't roll the red carpet and serve me champagne when I walked in but I'm willing to let it slide this once.”
