I would give zero stars if I could. Booked online a month ago, received the email confirmation. Then YESTERDAY I got a text about my appointment from Yae saying she lives in NC (which I knew) the site booked me with her even though I selected any available stylist. I went online to resubmit under any stylist AGAIN and apparently the site is only for NC….learning this TWO DAYS before an appointment is crazy (if I got the message a month ago when I booked it would have been ok). I was given the managers number for the harrisburg location who said he had someone yesterday and just needed to confirm a time, and now today doesn’t. Even asked me if I could open myself up to Sunday, after I told him it was a two hour drive for me…so now no one can do my hair. I guess E for effort on the mangers part? Idk I just know I should have learned my lesson 4 years ago when I had a similar issue but I was desperate to find someone and because I don’t get my hair done often this was the only place I knew of that does half way decent hair.

I had my hair colored by Tae and it was a pretty good experience . She was professional , hospitable and very knowledgeable in her skill . My hair came out very nice and i am getting compliments still till this day . She gets a thumbs up on my end.

I promised myself that I’ll remember both ladies names and I can’t now Anyway, my first time at Yae, and my hair came out nice! Tae and the other young lady did a great job! A little pricey, but I needed a last minute fix. Will definitely go back!!

Amazing!!! Yesterday was my first time at the shop I came in as a walk in and they had no issue squeezing me in. I honestly didn’t have to wait long which was amazing especially not having an appointment. My silk press was amazing, my silk presses honestly never lasts one day, but here I am almost two days In and it still looks amazing. Tay Was extremely friendly great conversation and really care for my hair. She honestly help me gain confidence in my hair before I left out. She gave me great advice on how to keep my hair up.She took her time with my washes and every aspect of it. I walked in with my hair feeling really brittle after taking my braids down, After a nice cut, steam and wash my hair felt completely different. I honestly didn’t recognize it it was so healthy very bouncy and very shiny. This honestly will be my new shop. Thank you ladies ❤️❤️❤️

I cannot rate the services because no one ever showed up. I came from out of town and needed a silk press. Scheduled it 2 hours in advance the lady on the phone told me what time to come. I came and there was only a barber there and he was clueless. No one ever showed up, I called the number 5 times while I was there and kept getting sent to voicemail. When they did pick up she asked me if I was in PA or NC then said that she would call someone and see if they were there. Waited there 30 min no call back no one showed up and I even wasted money on an Uber. Very unprofessional would not recommend!!!

I liked the end result of my hair but it was not the best experience. The person I booked with forgot about the appt so someone else had to take me. Kids running in and out of the shop, stylist burnt my neck with the flat iron and didn't even comb my hair out before blow drying it with the comb attachment and started at the roots of my hair, definitely didn't feel good. Never again
