“Chantal, the owner, is super kind, and has the best quality soaps, shea butters, oils, and African clothing in the area. She's doing pop-up shops every Saturday for the month of February 2024. So maybe she'll be closer to you one of these Saturdays. Feb 3 she said her pop-up is at the Capital City Mall.”
“Great store for tall people! This is the only clothing store I can find that has sleeves long enough for me. The quality of the clothing is excellent. Staff are extremely helpful and funny.”
“So I took my wife to get her first pair of boots. Kylie was excellent in helping find the right style of boot and made her comfortable. Levi was also down to earth and helped me complete my second multi- hundred dollar purchase.”
“I was just travelling through, on my way back to Montreal, when I discovered this store. What a find! I wish I had more time to look around because just at a quick glance I saw so many nice things.
Fortunately, I was helped by a lovely staff member who helped me find sizes and try things on quickly - and I managed to purchase a few items. I love the quality and style of them and I can't wait to visit the store again on my next trip down to the US!

“My wife and I are regular customers of WHBM and we get promotional emails from them often. The latest had an expiration today while we were on a road trip (VT to DC), so we looked at online options but prefer to try things on. As such, Googled closest shops and ended up at Susquehenna Marketplace near Harrisburg, PA. I always pay close attention as WHBM staff is what I really appreciate. This shop does not disappoint. It was a great pick as Michael and Janet were on duty as my wife went through the process of trying on many outfits. Both were helpful and patient (particularly with the multiple "not this" hand backs). They were also great at suggesting combos and sizes. After a few hours we walked out with a half dozen beautiful, classy pieces and the promos (THREE + Select Styles discount) made us even give a shout out to the value we received. C-Suite, kudos to Michael and Janet at this locale. Assets to your operations. Keep up the great work. Back soon at one of your locales.”

“Beautiful clothes from petite to women's. Check online to know when they have sales. If you order online they take returns. Awesomely FRIENDLY staff, helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer off the top of your head they'll get it for you in a minute or 2. Love this store!”
“As I approached the check out line, the employee attending the self check- out offered to help those who would chose the self check out. I had never done that before and took the opportunity to experience it assured that Mary would help. Mary was the employee working self checkout and was extremely helpful. She was very attentive to not only novice me but everyone else experiencing self check out. She was extremely competent and accommodating. Mary is a definite asset to your business.”
“I like shopping at the rainbow store uptown bcuz they play music I can relate to it's soothing to shop with familiar songs playing out loud, but the rainbow on the hill plays Puerto Rican music loud and it's disturbing, bcuz for one we are not in Puerto Rica we are in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and majority of women who shop rainbow in Harrisburg are black, so if u want our money you will have to accommodate us, we won't have it any other way, that's why I don't see ppl goin in and out of the rainbow on the hill like u do the rainbow uptown, plus Harrisburg is predominantly black and imma hillgurl so I need my beats that I can relate to while I'm spending my money, ( I spend more when I think your accommodating me) AND I LUV TO SHOP!!”

“I love going to this store.There's a lot of different and diverse items and food choices than any other store. Pricing is cheep on most items which amount for a lot. The employees are very very kind and quick.”
“Decent selection, cheap prices, but the clothes are a mess. I looked through all the racks because things are not as organized as they appear to be. Not sure if it's customers moving things or items being reracked without looking at prices. Found a few nice dresses, but you have to hunt.”
