“The best membership club store ever. The executive membership may be a little pricey but if you shop there frequently you get cash back on your purchases at the end of the year. Use that Costco cash to pay for your next visit. Fantastic cheap rotisserie chicken makes a quick dinner. The only complaint for the Harrisburg location is the parking lot sucks, especially if it's busy. Highly recommend getting a membership.”

“A typical warehouse style type store with some pretty good discounts overall. I'm glad they brought back the sample stations which allow you to try certain foods before you commit to buy them in bulk. Even with just a household of 2, we buy basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. to help save here and there. We do buy produce like grapes, tomatoes and cherries here as well as lunch meat, cheeses. Beware they DO push the fact you have to be the member to shop/purchase items and will push for you to get their credit card/executive membership. They now check your membership card at the self check out as well. I'm assuming people were sneaking around the system somehow.Haven't used the pharmacy so I cant comment on that but we do get good deals on OTC medication and vitamins. I tired to make an appointment with their vision department but its a third party you need to call in and schedule and appt. I tried several times but couldn't get through so I'm not sure if I got the wrong number or if it was really disconnected.Gas used to be a good deal, usually 20 cents cheaper than other stations but recently the discount has only been like 5 - 10 cents difference. It's also a wacky parking lot set up and gas lines so I avoid that headache now and just hit sheetz. Bonus points for their food court which always satisfies my junk food cravings. Who doesn't love a good hot dog and soda or ice cream treat? Restrooms are also clean and there is a water fountain with a set up to refill your water bottle.”

“The membership here is much cheaper than Costco. It is less crowded.I usually shop the warehouse stores for drumsticks, water, gum, gas. This club is sufficient for my basics twice a month. Costco does have better goods, but I will not be buying any of them and instead be using my extra savings for experiences like trips, events.Sam's is a good place to control impulse spending and just buy the basics. Costco has a tendency to make the more affluent over spend & end up living check to check. I never did, but the money I save by going to Sam's, I can buy more online shopping or use for vacations. Sam's is great if you want to be more money conscious!We will be coming here 2 times a month for the basics. We tried the cafe and the pretzels are soooo good. I used to go to Costco weekly, but not anymore, because of the poor service I received over there. It's amazing how one Costco associate will end up making hundreds of long term clients like myself leave.”

“This is a great store however, it is always very congested with traffic. One thing that could be done to eliminate confusion near the gas pumps is to prohibit left-hand turns when leaving the parking lot. This would eliminate the congestion in the entrance area to the pumps.”

“I have been purchasing tires through Sams Club for several years. They have always had the best prices. I recently had a new set of tires put on one of my vehicle and had a screw penetrate the sidewalk about 5k miles in. Peter the manger was great to work with and came up with a fair solution on a replacement package since the tire was discontinued.”
