The showroom is less than impressive. However, we were able to find a beautiful bed frame available for immediate delivery. The salesperson at the front desk was helpful and friendly.The kitchen and lighting equipment store located within the store was less than impressive. Staff member didn’t even get out of his chair to assist or greet us. Begrudgingly answered our question with no follow up. We were interested in both a new refrigerator and microwave. We will spend our dollars elsewhere.

We used Whitco for years, but for whatever reason, I decided to try our local Home Depot for carpeting. Service was terrible, cost was ridiculous. Worst of all, they couldn't give me any idea on when we could expect installation (maybe 2 months??) Went back to Whitco and met with Bob and was given the red carpet treatment (pun intended). He was informative, friendly, and extremely helpful in suggesting different ideas. He knew where the carpet came from and called to check stock. Install will be in 2 weeks!! Best of all, cost was $700 less than Home Depot. Don't know why I ever tried Home Depot, but will never EVER go anywhere else again for carpeting!

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received and the quality of furniture I have purchased so far. I am not done yet. I have ordered more. The entire staff I have dealt with has been so helpful and has the expertise to provide suggestions so that my new home will look fantastic. I don’t plan to shop anywhere else for furniture. If I need new flooring or window treatments in the future, I will call them first. I discovered this store by accident and am sorry that I did not find them sooner.

Great people and great prices. My couch comes this Monday. It came! It came with 2 men who knew that they were doing. Couch is perfect! We looked at numerous furniture stores in Central PA: Sofas Unlimited, David's Furniture, NB Leibman, Value City, Regency Furniture and Whitco. All the sales people in all the stores were super nice! Really. Whitco had what we wanted in stock at a great price and with free shipping! (Granted we live within a couple of miles from their store). Definitely going back!
