I had the opportunity to step into this branch today and had a great experience. The teller Jose was extremely helpful, kind and professional (unfortunately something many customers service companies are lacking nowadays). He was thorough, patient and explained the different services they offer. While he was waiting on me, I had the chance to experience the way his coworker (I believe her name was Denise) waited on other members in a very professional and efficient manner and always with a welcoming smile. I have to say even though they do not have their own parking , it is definitely worth going to this downtown location!

People use a Bank that don’t charge a $10 monthly fee and $35.00 dollar overdraft fee, which is more then what there stock cost. The financial system is designed to make people have bank accounts so Banks like Wells Fargo take advantage of it!

Average bank branch of this huge national chain. Not the friendliest or most efficient staff and management. This city location is tough due no free parking and limited paid street spaces. No drive through either. Not much positive to say. That's why you get three stars Sorry, not sorry.
