They seemed to be good some time ago. I had some bodywork done after a fender bender. Though I only had a $1,000 deductable, They charged me the entire amount and said my insurance would reimburse me.Turns out, my insurance already paid them, so they were compensated 2x for the work.I and my insurance agent have both been asking Waynes for months to reimburse me. We have given them both receipts and credit card statements to back up my claim. The work was done in May and it is now October. Wayne's has been and continues to be unresponsive to me.I have now filed a lawsuit and will present my case in Oct in front of judge Johnson.See you then!*Edit* 11/12/23. THE JUDGE ORDERED WAYNES PAY ME BACK*Still waiting for Wayne's to follow through on the court order.

Let me start by saying the people at Wayne's Auto are top notch.But I went in with a simple spark plug issue but they saw I needed tires and so they recommended i'd get those done first just out of care and respect for their customer. (The tires and spark plugs were about the same in price so there was no cash grab much like a lot of other mechanic shops like to do.) So that shows that they value their customers as people not just income. And when I mentioned that I would need my car done by a certain time they made sure to get it done in a VERY timely manner which I grately appreciate and so for that I recommend anyone and everyone to go to Wayne's AutoI will be back for any bodywork and or mechanical work!!

My husband got his car inspected here. The service was quick and friendly. Moving forward, my husband will be taking his car there for regular service.

I would look at any other shop before coming here. Took my car to get inspected and was told I needed two front tires which I knew already and then they told me that I needed new brake pads and rotors. I’m not sure how they came to the conclusion that I needed new rotors and pads when the mechanic which I’m not even sure if he’s certified to perform inspections never pulled any of my wheels and never used any tools to check my brakes. I witnessed the entire inspection being completed through the glass window in their lobby. When I brought it up to the guy who gave me the bill he said they don’t have to pull the wheels off that’s there is a tool they can use to check it. But again he never used any tools on the brakes. I paid them their $90 bucks and I’m going elsewhere. State website also shows them being suspended from being able to conduct inspections until 02/23/2023.

Place seems like it's a bunch of techs not certified mech....any way, got some work done ask to look at one thing they found more stuff to be done. I ok the work to be done, they didn't even do the extra work but definitely charged me high this new management is the worst. But that's why it probably wasn't busy, b/c every where else I went was busy but not these guys. Also charged me $85 bucks to get brake shoes changed.I thought if you have to change Break shoes you have to change rotors. My experience smh....

Since the first day i dropped parts at this location i could tell they were invested.They've made continual improvements inside and outside the business , all, not only helping them, but the surrounding neighborhood.Cleanliness is the first sign of professionalism, these guys have my vote.

I had 2 different people do not know one another recommend them to me when my power steering went out. They got me in right away and fixed it up. I thought their customer service was genuine and to the point and I don't need a lot of chit chat. They did the job right and didn't overcharge me.
