Charles was absolutely fantastic. He was from another store and was all alone on his first day there and everything was working against him! iPads would not allow log in, internet was down and he still managed to keep a smile on his face and take care of me while trying to get the store up and running. Amazing guy!

Abysmal service. Walked in there and wasnt even acknowledged by the workers. They were helping other people, but made eye contact and proceeded to ignore my existence. Sat there for 20 minutes to see if they would look over and say something, walked over to the phone i wanted to buy and played with it for 5 minutes, nothing. Im not one to complain in reviews but i expected more from a premium service provider

The staff member (Kim) did an outstanding job. I was very impressed by her skills. She was polite, considerate and very professional. She was excellent!

If I could do a "0" star I would. We were in the store today to make a buisness account and the gentleman behind the counter named Alek was very rude and unprofessional! He couldn't answer my questions of what the best options where for lines or phones. He had gotten an attitude right away when we walked in because the store closes in less than an hour. After a few minutes of him sitting behind the counter still with his legs up I nicely said thank you for your time we will come back another day he proceeded to say as we were walking out the door I didn't want to help you anyways. All we were trying to do was open up a business account.

Dominic is extremely knowledge able and professional, truly a credit to the business! After buying a phone from him I had to return to him with several questions, and he showed me how to accomplish what I wanted quickly and efficiently. He truly deserves 5 stars!

On October 6, 2022, Jishawn Trapp, a Verizon agent called me and offered me Verizon internet service instead of my current Comcast one. He promised me a Fios prepaid card for $200, a $20 wireless and Fios credit and 300M internet speed.They said they will cover my Comcast bill up to $1500. My Comcast bill amounted to $743.11 and has been placed for collection with Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC for $743.11 for non payment. Not only was my internet slow but I did not receive any of the accommodations I was promised. My customers would have to walk outside in order for their transactions to go through. Their customer service is very poor. I had to go through 4 employees to be able to complain and they boosted my service to 500M which they charged me an extra 10 dollars for. The 500M was not any better than the 300M. Now, I owe $800 from Comcast because Verizon did not live up to their promises. On top of that, my monthly bill is higher than my Comcast; Comcast monthly bill was $161.07 after tax and Verizon monthly bill will be $181.94 after tax. I am very unhappy with the services and to think I have to keep this service for two years. This is bait and switch.

I’ve waited an hour the guy at the desk has let three customers walking out the door helping just one customer when he could’ve sent instructions on how to transfer phones but being that it’s an authorized retailer it’s a money grab if they activate any device in store this place is a joke

Tammy and Matt were incredibly helpful after a terrible experience with the call center customer service. They took the time to make sure everything was taken care of correctly and rectified the situation that happened the day before after a major customer service issue. I’d highly recommend this VZW location.

was there for almost 4 hours to pick up a phone i had ordered a month ago. absolutely ridiculous for me to have to sit there because i’m not allowed to set the phone up myself? dude took almost four hours for something that should’ve taken 30 minutes at most.
