Honestly there wasn't much of a positive with any aspect of my experience in this store. Ryan the sales rep lied about the cost and it wasn't known until the bill arrived. The reception is horrible and the entire time I have had this 800.00 phone it drops calls and you hear about half of what is being said on the other end with all calls. I explain this in the store and the staff blames Verizon and some settings. Well, same thing today so it wasn't fixed. Seemed like all of there answers were aimed at Verizon as the problem. Oh, and don't pay cash for your bill, you get hit with a 3% penalty for using cash. That was insult to injury at that point. So overall this was not a pleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Unfortunately most people like myself are in need of a phone at the moment and fail to check the reviews beforehand. As stated, a completely negative experience with nothing positive to pass on in regards to this store. Hopefully this helps someone before they make the same mistake I did.

Charles was absolutely fantastic. He was from another store and was all alone on his first day there and everything was working against him! iPads would not allow log in, internet was down and he still managed to keep a smile on his face and take care of me while trying to get the store up and running. Amazing guy!

Abysmal service. Walked in there and wasnt even acknowledged by the workers. They were helping other people, but made eye contact and proceeded to ignore my existence. Sat there for 20 minutes to see if they would look over and say something, walked over to the phone i wanted to buy and played with it for 5 minutes, nothing. Im not one to complain in reviews but i expected more from a premium service provider

The staff member (Kim) did an outstanding job. I was very impressed by her skills. She was polite, considerate and very professional. She was excellent!

If I could do a "0" star I would. We were in the store today to make a buisness account and the gentleman behind the counter named Alek was very rude and unprofessional! He couldn't answer my questions of what the best options where for lines or phones. He had gotten an attitude right away when we walked in because the store closes in less than an hour. After a few minutes of him sitting behind the counter still with his legs up I nicely said thank you for your time we will come back another day he proceeded to say as we were walking out the door I didn't want to help you anyways. All we were trying to do was open up a business account.

Dominic is extremely knowledge able and professional, truly a credit to the business! After buying a phone from him I had to return to him with several questions, and he showed me how to accomplish what I wanted quickly and efficiently. He truly deserves 5 stars!
