I had very challenging issues to fix and they did really well helping me get things fixed. They were also nice and patient with helping me.

Charles was absolutely fantastic. He was from another store and was all alone on his first day there and everything was working against him! iPads would not allow log in, internet was down and he still managed to keep a smile on his face and take care of me while trying to get the store up and running. Amazing guy!

The staff member (Kim) did an outstanding job. I was very impressed by her skills. She was polite, considerate and very professional. She was excellent!
