Very friendly and helpful employees. They didn't seem to mind my many questions- I don't ship things often & wasn't sure what to do. Really surprised by all the one star reviews. The place is well organized, has lots of shipping supplies, and I was in & out in less than 20 minutes.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but seeing all these horrible experiences, I just needed to. They’re quick with their job, informational and professional. I’ve dropped off many packages at this location and had a seamless transaction every time. I’ve even seen many people come through with they’re own issues or even shipping 100 envelopes at once and every-time it was handled professionally. It’s unfortunate to see negative reviews when I’ve had nothing less than great service. Thank you!

Louise at Front Desk . She has a very unpleasant look on her face when you ask about a mail delivery problem and she doesn't help you at all, is extremely rude and doesn't want to welcome customers

I agree with others that something suspicious is going on here. I dropped my package off here 17 days ago and it still is marked not received with no tracking updates. I have never had problems with any other post office until using this one. Because of the length of time and the value of the package I am starting to suspect package theft.

I sent a package almost a week to York PA and the package its been over 3 days in Harrisburg PA distribution center and my family doesn't receive it yet . Saturday 21st to Friday 27 (today's date)

Had a 4 PM appointment. Came at 3:30.... unloading started at 4pm when 2nd shift got here. Unloaded at 4:30

Package is currently being held hostage by this place was handed to them august 16th and today is the 22nd and it hasn't moved. Any attempts to get ahold of someone for an answer as to why is useless. I have opened a complaint with the post master and I will keep pestering them until I get resolve or figure out why my package is still here.
