Neede to fax a letter to the bank to get them to fix the 1099 that was incorrect! The staff was so helpful and it only took a couple of minutes! Great place

Rude, ignorant and disrespectful. I can't remember!! Oh it's the lady with the Grey hair no surprise everybody saying the same thing Even rubbing off on the kid that was at the front desk, packaging my item all loud with a mean face. Please do better as far as customer service!!!???

The service at this store is like no other in the Harrisburg area! The employees are friendly and always helpful! I actually drive out of my way to go to this particular store for that reason. They are awesome!

Charged three times the amount I was quoted for a print job for a ‘service fee.’ Two pieces of color paper, insanely money hungry. Two stars because cashier was nice, at least, but should of quoted me correctly before completing the job instead of surprising With triple the expected cost.

I've been using this UPS store on Linglestown Road in Harrisburg (PA) for years and have always had excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and efficient. Very good place to do business.

Took six larger pre paid boxes in today and the older lady with short grey hair was rude and unprofessional. She snapped that I should put them at the end of the counter (like I’m to know this?) and never offered to scan or give me a receipt. She then kicked one of my boxes that had a fragile lamp and questioned me (but really was a statement) didn’t my driver show up today? Her fellow co-worker apologized for her behavior. I’ll drive out of my way to give my business elsewhere.

This is a very nice store with cordial and knowledgeable employees. I got my passport picture taken here and returning to process my passport renewal. My first time at this UPS store and I am very impressed with the quality of service.

Quick and friendly scan returns. No hassle, adequate staff, and careful handling. This is the place I do all of my UPS business when I have a choice.
