Don't bother. It's a family owned business, so nothing is ever done. I waiting there at 8:25. They open at 8:30, and they didn't open the door until 8:50. She took the clipper blade worth 300 bucks I had already in a box and dumped them into a different box. All you hear is them banging together. Woman have you lost your mind. I wasn't rude to her about it. I told her the price and let her know you can't do that. They were not damaged and I just brought the wrong ones. If you break them I'm responsible. Even if i wasn't responsible they are still good to use. She put her finger in my face and talked to me like a lil child. Now mind you, I'm in a manual wheelchair. She stopped helping me to go help a different customer. I was the first one in there. When she saw that I was recording she told her family to be quiet and that I was recording. Smh. This should have been a easy visit.

The customer support was phenomenal! The young man whose name starts with K (sorry I can't pronounce nor remember his name!), at the Union Deposit Store, was the most helpful and ingratiating young man that I've ever encountered in any store! I so appreciated him, and hope that he'll be there if I ever have to go there again!

Very friendly and helpful with helping print my labels and helping with my self service Amazon return. I didn’t get the woman’s name at the counter but she was very pleasant. Will continue going here for my shipping needs.

Poor customer service. The guys in the store were very rude and disrespectful. I returned a merchandise from Amazon in its same box and they refused the box because it was torn. They made me purchase tape from the store, then tape the sides of the box closed. They said I couldn't use their tape dispenser. There was a customer in the store who offered to help and the store refused to listen. I never thought I would be saying this, but the guys in the store spoke in their language and obviously their culture disregards customer service and only tried to get more money out of me. Needless to say, I will continue to leave reviews about this poor service at this store. UPS should be mindful who they hire and allow to open up stores under their brand.

The worse place to do business. UPS NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. The staff SUCKS. They are totally unprofessional and why spend your hard earned money at business you don’t feel welcomed and or appreciated at.

Not an ideal UPS to give ur business. Although both the young persons who waited on me were nice, they seem to not be very knowledgeable on their available services/processes...I was there to do shredding and I had an appt...but they were clueless....when they finally realized what I was requesting.... I paid over $70 for 27lbs of paper...I then had to stuff my paper into a covered recycled trash bin with a slender slit opening which became very difficult as it was already partially full....I was inside this store for over 30minutes trying to stuff paper into this bin...yep not going back.

Beware when making Amazon returns to this location. If your package originally came in 2 boxes and you try to return it in 1 they will ask if you have the original box the package came in. If you say "no" they will not return your package unless you have the original box it came in. Long story short, its a scam to try and get you to purchase packaging from that store. I've talked with numerous people from Amazon and they do not require the original box it came in like this store is claiming. Just take the extra time and go to the Hershey, PA location. I've never had issues with the Hershey location and the staff is a lot more helpful and efficient compared to this one on Union Deposit.

Returned a iphone to amazon today the man behind desk told me in his words “IT WILL MOST LIKELY GET LOST OR STOLEN BECAUSE ITS AN IPHONE SO WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE” i asked how will it most likely get lost or stolen and he said because thats what always happens i opened the box in store flashed the phone to cameras and repackaged infront of them this man sounded like he was going to steal it… better make it to amazon

Bad experience with staff, name Tika, he refused to give his last name,We want to ship documents, he will not provide us a UpS envelope, he want to pack it , I will ask if you important documents, don't use UpS

Employees are very friendly, professional and great customer service. Kreshna at Union Deposit UPS store gave exceptional customer service and was very polite.
