Paid Rock auto to deliver brake rotors & pads by end of day Tuesday by ups but it was too heavy for the truck driver/delivery person to bring to my door so he left a note instead. I was home waiting quietly for my doorbell to ring or a knock on my door but no this guy couldn't be bothered to do his job. It didn't stop there as when I called at noon was told he's still nearby, she'd call & have him return. well 90 minutes later called again told he's 10 miles away that he wouldn't return by end of day to deliver. After speaking with supervisors at length still couldn't get my brakes from ups till next day. Told to be there, a 45 minute round trip to Steelton at 930 and it still wasn't ready till 10. What a circus! And not a fun 1 or a company I'd recommend.

This building is a dungeon (yes, I have worked here before it was decommissioned as an actual hub meaning there are only drivers and 1 early morning shift here.)The security is a joke they are not focusing on any investigations or claims, they care about the Middletown SuperHub (East Zone Regional Hub.)This hub should be shut down. You will not be able to pick up your packages directly here. The customer service is shut down and does not hold packages here.

Worst customer service. These people will not pic up the phone. So rude. So ig. The retarded ai thay have answering will not stop talking and will not stop asking stupid questions. No wonder it's a woman's voice

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service. Package driver lost my package (a car part) . Filed a claim that was a total joke.. So currently out $100 and a broke down car. Can't get a real person on the phone.. Thx ups and m#+er package driver!

i need to talk to someone, they lost a $50,000 package in Middleton and i cant seem to be able to talk to anyone that may want to help me. All i get is an automated operator, i need a boots to ground search party.

Someone from ca customer service is so hard to get a hold of! No one ever wants to help you out. They lost my phone and all they wanna do is tell me to wait until they’re investigation team is it already been 5 days they know my phone was stolen and they want to do absolutely nothing about it! if I was everyone, I would watch him make sure that you don’t get your stuff from UPS, because things tend to go missing and they don’t do anything about it!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Tried to deliver my package a week ago and said that the business was closed. Not even a business. Then I paid to have my package held at a ups access point and they shipped it 4 HOURS away from my house and delivered it to someone else. They claim they got it back and would deliver it. It's been over a WEEK and now they claim that they don't know where it is. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Nobody will even get on the phone with you. The reason I'm calling is because the UPS driver said he/she delivered my package and we signed for it, but our company wasn't even open that day. UPS lies and then won't even talk to you about it. Fedex all day!

As a driver it's not a good place to work. The claim to care about safety but mess with your schedule and start times. Do not receive adequate time off work or any form of consistency. You'll start at 8am Monday, noon Tuesday 7am Wednesday and then 9pm on Thursday.They will call you for an 8 hour job and then change it to a 14 hour day and try to fire you when you're tired at work.

Does not pay attention to the signature requirements, will deliver a pistol to your front porch and forge your signature. UPS was contacted about the issue and stated they would contact me back but there was no response. They will also place a note on the dore at times notifying of a signature requirement stating "we missed you" but never even attempts to ring the bell.

I have two packages stuck here marked as "severe weather delay" I live an hour from Harrisburg and can promise you THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SEVERE WEATHER! They are liars and should be held accountable. If it's late just mark it late DONT LIE! Other reviews seem to show this place has used the same lie on others.
