Absolutely useless staff. Canceled my appointment twice within an hour of it. Costing me $500 because I couldn't get a physical done by the of the year. Go somewhere else.

Please don't ever request an important, possibly life saving prescription on your provider's day off. We were told that nobody else in the entire office could follow through with this very simple 9:00am Friday request, and if the symptoms get worse go to urgent care.. because we're closed all weekend.

Sean Green was my pcp for many years before I relocated. He has great bedside manner and you aren’t just a number. He was a god send when I was rear ended and had thoracic fractures and in chronic pain and no one else would help me. He did and eventually got me into an amazing pain management Dr. It’s hard to find a dr who cares and listens to you and also takes your concerns into consideration. He is where he should be helping people.

I don't view the services they provide as being complete and thorough care. An annual physical should entail more than just same actions as a regular medical appointment.. listen to breathing... checking reflexes... looking in ears. What about blood work? Ekg? Basic vision or hearing test? A 5 min conversation with most people does not garner enough information to assess the onset of an aliment. And most lack the knowledge of how to describe symptoms enough to medical staff to warrant additional consideration. And don't get me started about NEVER seeing a real Dr. Ever!!!!The medical industry has gone downhill as the medical industry had become more of a financial ballgame than an institution of care.

Been going here for several years but it has gone so far down hill it's no longer feasible to continue doing so....Dr Green "was" my doctor but he left as did all the doctors there(there are no longer any doctors attending there), trying to get a prescription there is obscenely difficult to the point of feeling like your begging....time to go elsewhere.... period.

Find anywhere else. They have these customer call centers where you cant even speak to someone at the actual facility now. They are understaffed and over booked. Three times this year that I had to go to Urgent Care instead. During one of my visits, Barrie Painter told me I lied about asking for a prescription refill. Just a complete mess. I hope the good doctors and nurse practitioners find another place to work like many of their colleagues have already done. Needless to say, I am fed up and moving on.

Quality of care here is a zero. Its a revolving door of doctors at this place and the ones that are there are SO green I feel embarrassed for them. Waited over an hour for a pointless visit. Better off going to patients first or a clinic at a pharmacy.

Don't go here if you are looking for a new doctor. They hardly have any ACTUAL doctors and they continuously say they don't have time to see you. They'll have time to schedule you for a yearly exam but the first illness you have, they will say they can't see you. They'll also refuse further instruction once they say they can't see you. Seems like a bad business model.

I used to think this place was great but now my eyes have been opened. I was charged for something that was submitted to my insurance when the doctor told me I only had a copay for the visit. It was VERY expensive and I even made the doctor check before they saw me because I had been told there could be high charges. They assured me there were none. Then, when I went to dispute the charge, they told me my doctor didn't work there anymore so they couldn't substantiate my claim. I never even received a letter saying my doctor was leaving the practice. Now, when I contact them with a health issue, they tell me that they have no time for me and I should go somewhere else. What a worthless practice. This is why people stop seeking out doctors. Because they are neglected. The management here is actually some of the worst in historical record. The manager has a trick of saying some very professional words that make you think she's taking all precautions. But the truth is, if you were going to actually produce results, it would be when the issues arises, and not as you're pathetically commenting on our bad reviews because you're trying to save face and gas light people that you've wronged. Get over yourself.

They don't answer the phone or return calls, can't see you when you're sick, and bill your insurance for things they said there was no charge for. They'll just tell you to go to an urgent care if you need to see a doctor. Might as well save yourself (literally, save yourself) and just get a different doctor. These people will send you to an early grave if you trust them.

Was going here for about 4 years. Not only was I overcharged for a test someone who has my same insurance was charged less than 100 and I was charged over 600 for the exact same test?! Weather or not it's insurance issue it's still shady because the money I paid went to the Dr not insurance? This is just the tip of the iceberg. I told my Doctor that my grandmother and her family all had asthma and I had it when I was younger. So naturally one would think you could get an inhaler refilled like every other prescription hah nope! They would never put any refills on it so when I would run out in a month or two they would say that I have to make an appt to get it filled again? So now they said they were going to refill it cause I made an appt and they were going to send it and I get a phone call saying that they no longer take my insurance and I haven't seen the doctor in a year which no one was made aware of at all cause no other place will make you have to restart the entire process and then say can't take your insurance. And it's been almost a week and the pharmacy still has my inhaler that I need to breathe so I don't have an asthma attack or have to go to to hospital because they are shady and will make up rules to fit their ways. Hopefully this doesn't get deleted because you're denying me my medicine I need to live? You wouldn't do that for someone with any other condition let alone asthma. Get your act together the Medicare clinics and patient first are more professional and I can't believe I'm even saying that.

Incredibly difficult to receive care for even basic issues in a timely manner. My E-Visit request was completely ignored & I never received any response or treatment as the UPMC MyChart app claimed I would. Wouldn't recommend this place if you need treatment semi-urgently.

Super disappointed with the care my husband received recently - where member(s) of the staff FAILED to take care of filling his RX more than 5 days *after* he submitted a refill request in the portal - and then being told it was rejected (thanks to a mistake on their part). No rush was made to expedite a solution and my husband's health suffered. We're moving on and finding a new provider. It's obvious they don't care about their patients, especially if a mistake was made and they took their sweet time to correct it.
