I am writing this review because a young lady by the name of Jalisa went above and beyond for me yesterday. I was very sick 🤧 had to go get an X-ray found out I had pneumonia in my left lung again. I waited t for my doctor to read the results from express care 1/2 hour. Then I called the first time I was told I’ll let them know. Another 20 minutes went by so I drove back to express care sat in the parking lot. Then called again this young lady due to my illness got it done. Took it to the provider and my prescription was sent. God Bless her soul. It was not busy but she could hear I guess that I was sick really sick. Please reward this young lady for her professionalism and kindness and dedication. Great Job in serving.

Unbelievably good service. I sent a message just before they closed at 8 about a script I really needed for an infection caused by diverticulitis. I didn’t think they would respond until tomorrow but the doctor called me to check on me after she got home at 9:30 and to say she was sending it to the 24 hr pharmacy now. PA Tiara is great. I didn’t know caring doctors like this still existed. Thank you.

Even though we arrived about a half hour before closing time, everyone was professional. Melissa, the nurse practitioner, was particularly thorough and had a great attitude while treating my mother. Will definitely return in the future.

Why front desk staffs and the MA need to train how take care Little kids. I was here today at 7:12 pm cuz my 2.5 years daughter had rashes. The MA who triaged my daughter was ao rude and treating her like an adult. Are they rude to only Asian or other too? She was rude to 2 and half year kid. why she chosed to work at Healthcare?

Came in over 2 hours before close there was a sign that a receptionist will be right back.. 40 minutes later no receptionist so I left. If you can’t see anymore patients that’s alright clearly you are short staffed but update your sign!! So I don’t sit there waiting in a crowded room with no toilet

The staff, nurses and doctors are always super nice, caring and helpful. Even when it’s crowded they do their best to get everyone seen quickly and efficiently but with care. I would never go anywhere else for an urgent care, the others in this area are not good at all. I would drive out of my way to go here.

Let me start by saying I rarely ever leave reviews… That being said this particular office does not deserve even 1 star rating. Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Seemed like she was bothered by the patients. Waiting area is not very clean and there is barely enough room to seat 4-5 people. Will not be back. If you are seeking compassionate care I would not recommend them. Save your time and $.

This place is terrible. Went here, needed to get seen asap. Had body aches, hard breathing, dizziness, headaches, head congestion, etc. Walked in, went up to the lady at the front desk, and she was very rude. She asked how she can help today, so I said my symptoms and how long I've had them. Or at least I tried explaining. Well, she interrupted me right away, and asked "well do you have an ID of sorts and health insurance card?" My insurance needed renewed, and was in the process. Well she said there'd be an upfront payment of $120. And she said I could not be billed, it had to be right there and then. Which is bull, especially when it is "urgent care." Seems to me, this place is more about their money, than their care for individuals and the care for health of people. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would...

Staff here is always very thorough, personable, helpful, and attentive to my medical concerns. The wait usually isn't very long, and the doctors or nurse practitioners take their time in their appointments with you. I have had great results with treatment after every visit. I saw nurse practitioner Tammy today and she was fantastic, gave practical advice, and had a genuinely caring bedside manner.

I wouldn’t even give them one star but that’s the only way I can make a comment. The ladies at the front are LAZY AND RUDE. Upmc WAS my PCP but I changed the entire practice because of these women. Y’all trash for sure.
