Olivia is one of the best stylists I've ever gone to. She always listens to my concerns and tells me how we are going to reach my hair goals. Today I went in for a refresh of my copper color and a trim and I loved the results.

Shopping in the store is better than shopping online. There are many products available for testing. Sales personnel available for any questions or problems finding specific products.

I should all make you aware of this store, future employee or customer.. or maybe you already have witnessed this. The managers here, SUCK. They are two faced except one manager, she was always so amazing to everyone and was the only one who worked hard!!! However she’s on the operational team so she’s not a main manager but she’s amazing! however the rest of them all they do is group up, talk about employees but don’t do anything to help better them. What’s most important is never having enough staff, instead of constantly talking to another or trying to make yourself look busy HELP YOUR EMPLOYEES. Your number one concern is CUSTOMERS.. if you can’t help your employees make things better than how can you expect them to love it there and give you 100% when you don’t give them 100%. They don’t want to do their job.. they want to order people around and sit at their desk or pretend to be busy to get out of doing their job getting paid top dollar while some of us work so hard bending backwards to do everything for them and getting paid much less than them. One even threatened to write me up over not getting a credit card. You cannot make someone sign up for a credit card, all that matters is seeing someone’s effort to try. Please DO BETTER MANAGEMENT. Stop sitting on your behinds yapping and start helping your staff and helping these customers and just do your job! Everyday it was always a group of people in the back just talking while some of us were actually ready to do our job and aren’t recognized for that hard work. I left for a reason and if I’m not valued as a human being then I’m going to take my self elsewhere. Goes for being a customer too… you guys can’t do your job.. you guys throw a fit that someone has to ask you for something.. do better. You talk about numbers are important, act like it.. start doing your job. Your employees aren’t just a number, they are human treat them with respect!

The employee that rang me up today was efficient and so nice and friendly! I didn’t get her name unfortunately, she was wearing a hot pink shirt. But she was complimentary and told me about a local vintage antique shop after we found some shared style interest in common 😊 Thanks for making it a good personal experience, I left the store with a smile on my face and feeling good about the interaction and my visit there. That’s not so common, and is definitely an asset to have in business. Especially for repeat shoppers! 😄 Awesome job, keep it up. I hope she or a manger sees this and she can get some recognition! 👍👏
Stock was a little low with some things, but that’s a given for it being towards the end of the day. I’d definitely come back again if I lived closer!

I’ve been going to Olivia for years and she’s truly the best. She’s taken me from brunette to blonde and absolutely nailed it through every retouch appointment, my hair has never looked or felt better. She’s kind, easy to talk to, professional, and always prioritizes the health of my hair. I always leave her chair feeling amazing, highly recommend.

Ulta is absolutely fabulous. All of the employees are positive, helpful, and kind. It is a beautifully lit store full of fun cosmetics, nails, perfumes, and more. It is definitlely a place for feminine personalities to explore.🥰

I booked a last-minute appointment with Olivia L. feeling nervous and unhappy with how red my hair was looking. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it, my hair turned out exactly like the picture! She was so kind and made me feel totally at ease. I’m beyond happy with the result and highly recommend her!
