really like ulta but I came here to shop but the staff was really uncomfortable and didn't want to welcome us, on the other hand when we wanted to know about the price I went to ask a staff member, and she said didn't stop and ignored us, then I went to the counter and met a girl, she seemed unhappy and rude, you are not welcome here, I won't come here again and I Wouldn't recommend anyone else to come here either

Danielle S is an AMAZING stylist!! She moved up my blonde and trimmed my hair and it’s never looked better! She’s also so nice and easy to talk to! HIGHLY recommend Danielle!!

I was excited to come here to check out rem beauty and I was disappointed with how dirty the testers were. Foundations were gross, hairs in the lipsticks, and eyeshadow everywhere. I use to work at ulta, testers were cleaned at least every other day so I’m mind blown at how dirty it was. The girls at the registers were however very nice and helped me with my online return no problem

Oh myyyyyyy amazing experience. Backstory it was a DoorDash order. I am a 36 year old hippie woman that does not wear or know anything about makeup. I had over six orders with Sephora, and they were never pleasant.
Miss April greeted me and help me with my entire order, she was middle aged and I can relate with her. The store manager was on the floor as well miss Amber. She was also awesome by knowing where the product was when it was not on the floor. At check out Mubarra ( her name on receipt) Awesome as well when I told her, I was not a make up girly I’m a hippie at heart she expressed what about skin care solutions. She was not pushy or forcible. Ladies you rock. I will be coming back as a paying customer looking for skin care

Edit I went back today for some extra time with Dana. She is just the best ever! I met a couple other Clinique consultants and it was like a girl's night out. Thank y'all so much for your time. Love ya!
I just have to give a shout out to Dana. She made me feel beautiful and helped me find everything I needed. Please give her a hug for me and a raise!

I had a great experience at this store! I walked in this evening without an appointment and with very minimal knowledge of makeup. Dana was more than willing to work with me to find the perfect medium coverage foundation, liquid and powder bronzer and blush, and some tools like a new powder puff. She was so patient with me and tried so many samples to find the perfect shades. She wasn’t pushy at all when I shared my budget and guided me through my various options! The girl at checkout was also very kind and was the one who connected me with Dana in the first place. I didn’t get her name but she was super sweet! Def appreciated the patience and helpfulness of the staff at this location!

My hair looks exactly like it did before I went in. Maybe washed and styled but since I paid good money I should get what I pay for. I'm very upset. I felt taken for. I was so excited to have my hair done. PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS ONLY! I don't know what others think but I do not recommend it. 1st picture is after, 2nd is before. I don't see a color change or HIGHLIGHTS! Wish I never went there. ?

I set up an appointment for ears piercing for my 4 month old baby on the app and on the app it says they do ears piercings for infants too 3 month old and up. I went in for my appointment at 4:30pm. I was told nobody wanted to do it and they don’t do ear piercings for infants. Was it racial profiling? Who knows. Nobody at Ulta wanted to pierce my black mixed baby ears. I know people who gotten their infant ears pierced here. Also if Ulta doesn’t do ear piercings for infants maybe you guys so stop advertising it that you guys do. Also, there should be an option on the app when someone books an ear piercing appointment for infants or adults.

Ulta has a good selection of products and the employees have always been nice, but the reason for my review is the excellent customer service from Melody. She was working the check out counter by herself, using two registers to keep everyone moving along quickly, and she was smiling and pleasant the whole time.
