Went in for recall. Dealer was great but the recall experience needs to change. I had to bring it in today for them to figure out what part was needed then I have yo bring it back when the part comes in! I realize both appointments will be “waiting” but this is taking at least 2 hours out if my day!

Kia has always treated me and my family with the utmost respect. While I was signing all forms and paperwork, Will M stayed with my 91 year old grandmother and kept her company. I was greeted immediately and shown excellence with all employees throughout my experience. They were patient and supportive with the process of leasing my vehicle.

I’m definitely giving a five star review for the entire process of buying a new car with Turner Kia in Harrisburg. Starting off strong with the salesman. Bill was very knowledgeable, patient and we never felt like we were being pressured. Secondly, I would like to mention Scott. He guided us through the financial part of buying a new car. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything. I would definitely say that from start to finish on buying a new car, we felt like everyone we spoke with just wanted to help guide us and make sure that we had all the information to make the decision on buying a new car ?
