Your service is superior. The service dept stays in touch throughout servicing and informs the customer thoroughly about issues and costs to fix the problems. I was particularly grateful to receive a text shortly after dropping my vehicle off telling me I could text the technician at that number or call him if I had any questions.

I bought a new car, it was pretty simple, some communication issues but fixed right away. Very helpful and friendly. John Richards my salesperson was more than willing to help and answer any questions. 10/10 recommend

Had my entire estimate of record from Erie for my repair and they didn't even want to talk to me without another form from Erie. My agent reached out to them but they had no record of the conversation. After 2 phone calls with Turner, i was done. I decided to call Faulkner. They were happy to talk with me and work with the estimate of record provided by Erie. What if you weren't going through an insurance company and getting the work done on your own? Guess they wouldn't want you as a customer?

Had my oil changed today for the first time since I bought my new vehicle and I am pleased with the service!! Super quick and easy service and they even ran it through the car wash for me!! The service team is very kind and always explain what’s been done to the vehicle. They are also fair and trusting when suggesting other work that could/should be done with no pressure to do so (unless it’s urgent or unsafe to the customer). The trust factor is priceless. GREAT JOB EVERYBODY!! Thank you Turner KIA!! 1 Proud owner!!

Came in interested in trading my vehicle in and buying a new Tahoe for my wife. I've bought vehicles here in the past so it was my first stop. I was talking with the salesman and looked at 2 different Tahoe's that were in transit and wanted to test drive a similar year/model. The salesman went into the building to get someone that could value my trade in. Josh the used car salesman came outside shaking his head and in a matter of 3 minutes said I was wasting his time. I assume he was annoyed from a previous customer since he wasn't in a good mood. I don't know why it was taken out on me but we ended up putting a down payment on a Tahoe at Buchanon in Waynesboro. Will definitely not recommend anyone go to Turner after my experience. Chad

I came in to buy a car after I received a slimy letter in the mail after my bankruptcy. My family and friends told me not to go in because the letter is a scam, but I went against their better judgement. They were completely right! The finance manager came out and told me she couldn't do anything while being very rude about it after I was in the dealership for 2+ hours. She even laughed at my situation saying that it was my fault I was in a bankruptcy and should take what I can get. I had my daughter with me and that isn't the kind of female influence I want for my daughter. I had also expressed that I wanted to do a deal over the phone like they advertise online, but they refused stating that the finance manager wouldn't do a deal unless the customer was phyisically present. I work long hours and this was my only day off, but sadly it was wasted in a slimey dealership. I want everybody to know that TURNER CHEVROLET is filled with swindlers and crooks disguised as salespeople and managers. I will not be going back!!!!

I purchased a car in august 2020. 3 weeks later, i had to return to resign for a new auto loan that was more money because the finance guy put the wrong information on my forms even though i put the proper information. I would never use this dealership again.

Normally the service department is very good however I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation.. and also for a recall. My appointment was for 8:00 am. I called at 11:30 to check the status since they told me it should only take two hours. They told me that they actually take walk ins first before appointments . And they weren’t sure when I needed my car back. I find this very upsetting . And they were not able to locate the recall part today. I think they should have had that ordered when the appointment was made for that purpose. Now I have to take the car back to them once the part is in. Such an inconvenience.

I got my rear bumper fix and as far as I can tell it's an almost perfect match and they quoted me 2 days and got me back in my car in 2 days. Extremely satisfied and will most likely go to them for all my future needs.
