My daughter’s car tire shredded on the highway a few nights ago and she was able to limp into this Turkey Hill.One of the attendants changed here tire for her so she could at least make it to safety.I can’t express enough appreciate for his kindness and help in her time of need. As a father, I will not forget how a Turkey Hill employee of Harrisburg helped our family out earlier this week!!

Every cashier, especially Daniel, at Turkey Hill on Dotson Court is very helpful when you are checking out. Besides being helpful, they are respectful and cordial to customers no matter what you are buying. Customer service is tops at this location.

Vanessa is the best person I have ever encountered at a convenience store !! She is incredibly kind and takes customer service so seriously. She checks the quality of products every time before she sells them to me. Seriously she should run the entire business she is amazing !! Also JP is super kind and a great associate !!

Wanted to purchase a gift card. The cashier swiped it and then said it didn’t work. That’s all, no apology or anything. Her name was Kass (I think) and she was very unprofessional. I then asked if she could try the other register or tell someone and she said she could get tech help but that could be months! She just seemed very rude and dismissive, bad customer service.

It's unfortunate that the only good reviews are from out-of-towners pulling off the interstate, otherwise they'd know if they drove about a half mile in any direction they'd find gas that's about 40 cents cheaper per gallon (at least that's the case with premium, not sure about other grades). But overpriced gas is probably the best thing I can say about this place. Employees are slow and rude, the bathrooms are atrocious, and cashiers have that deer-caught-in-the-headlights look when they try to ring you out, which they can never seem to figure out without calling another employee over to help. It's painfully obvious these employees have never received any training on the art of customer service (or how to make change, how to say thank you, how to offer customers a bag for their purchases, how to stock to shelves, etc.)

If I could give zero I would. The manager is extremely unprofessional and would rather their employees come in with COVID-19 and work. Even though the employee had a fever sent a positive COVID test she still wanted her to come in. Stating their guidelines are basically different then the CDC guidelines. Then she goes ahead and fires the employee for not showing up bc they are still contagious with a fever.

Gas pump screens post incorrect prompts to use credit card payment & fail to print receipt. Had to try multiple pumps, go inside twice to get a staff to fix these issues.

D**** rude, disrespectful, manager lady works here. Breaking the law, her company could owe alot of money if I wanted to waste more of my time... Have fun with conscience store job
