If you want me to self check then let me self check out. If you dont trust me then put cashiers on to check me out. I don't appreciate the lady working self check out coming up and aggressively questioning if I have scanned an item or not. Then grabbing my phone to see if I had used my military discount I hadn't completed my transaction. Make up your mind Home Depot

Had tub put in , guy put in wrong size, didn't level it, chipped my floor, multiple calls to Home Depot, no response. Terrible

Rude and unhelpful customer service. Bought a microwave online and received it on Thursday morning. Saturday morning I went to install it, and it turned out that it required a trim kit to install. Rats. I went to order the trim kit online, and it wasn't available from Home Depot (or any other retailer). Fine. I wanted to do an exchange, and asked via the online chat for a pickup. I was told by the online service to call the store, who then told me to call another number, who tried to get the manufacturer, who then told us to call the store. The online representative I was working with acknowledged they couldn't sell me the installation kit, so said she would call the store to ask for a pickup. She couldn't get the lead appliance person, and said they would call me back with instructions on how to get the microwave picked up at my home, and gave me the name of the person to talk to. Someone from this store called back a few hours later asking me to bring the microwave in. I told them it was a long drive for me, and the person online said I could get a pickup. Then they told me the lead appliance person was on a lunch break and would call me later. Finally, the lead appliance person called me and flatly stated they wouldn't do a pickup, and I had to bring the unit in. I asked why there wasn't an exception given that I was sold an un-installable microwave, as acknowledged by the online sales rep. After being fed some answer, I said that I thought that wasn't good customer service (without raising my voice). The appliance guy said that it wasn't his fault that I had "buyers remorse" (which I didn't, he simply didn't have in stock what was necessary to actually install the microwave). He then went further to say "actually, I'm doing you a favor by taking the microwave back, as you're past the return window." If I can help it, I will never shop at Home Depot again.

What a really rotten flooring install project experience!!!!!!! - Ordered flooring. - Home Depot installers came. 4 of the 9 boxes of flooring were damaged. - HD had to reorder. (Special order). HD person said 2 weeks but would expedite. After 2 1/2 weeks of no call, I had to call them. Yes, it was there waiting for me to pickup. - Checked flooring when loading into car. MORE damaged flooring. (1.5 boxes). - Called installer to schedule and was TOLD I was put on calendar. - Install day came and went. No install. - Install company said "I was not on the schedule." Had to schedule again. - Now must wait another 2 1/2 weeks for installation. Does not seem that Home Depot or the installation company really cares that I can't use my room for 2 months. Next time, I guess it will try Lowes!

came in for paint. had exactly what I needed to tell the lady at the paint counter. she spoke to me like I was a moron shutting me up before I got to tell her what color I needed. I'll just go to lowes next time. note for her. if she hates her job find a new one. and to boot she slammed my stuff on the counter. I won't be back here

I would like to thank the young man working the shopping carts this morning. His name is Miguel, he tried so hard to help me when my truck was broke down in your lot. He was very curtious and offered to call a tow truck . Thankfully , with the help of my wife and brother in law, I was able to get my truck running again.

I ordered a washer and dryer stacking set it was delivered without the stacking kit, the store gave me a stacking kit they had in stock when the men came to install it they opened to the box to find not all the pieces in the box and the kit was used, it was originally delivered on a Monday, Thursday they attempted to come back out to stack it and were not able to, shelving unit being installed by another company needed to cancel the appointment for that because Home Depot sti

uggghhhh---I really wanted to purchase around 200 worth of flowers this spring. They had a very nice selection so I loaded up my flat bed and proceeded to the checkout. One slower moving guy working --He checked out all I had and one planter did not have a price on it. I attempted to have him use one of the other ones that were similar but he had to call for a price check. I waited 15 minutes to the side while the line was backing up with more and more customers he was helping (mind you my transaction was suspended and would have to be paid for and I'm sure I would have to wait for him to finish the line!) Workers sauntered by but none were the "price-checking" employee. I decided I didn't need anything that badly to wait and sauntered on out of there without a thing! Over you Home Depot.

Typically have a very good experience with this store until now. Always very kind and courteous employees in past. Purchased countertops end of November. Gentleman who I worked with to order countertops was fantastic! Unfortunately they use Eastern Surface to fabricate and install. Won't get into the nightmare that working with Eastern Surface has been, you can read their horrible reviews for yourself, but very disappointed by the Home Depot employee, Karen Ulrich, who in my opinion, clearly has an allegiance to Eastern Surface and not the Home Depot customer. Unless there is a quick resolution, I will never use Home Depot for a project again and will do everything in my power to ensure no one I know uses them. I am now with a torn apart kitchen, no working plumbing in there, and no assistance from Home Depot.

ENFORCE CUSTOMERS TO WEAR THEIR MASKS!!! We are in a pandemic. This location has more customers (and staff) without masks than any other in the area. I'm no longer tolerating it. The first customer I see without a mask, I walk out. I will not buy anything from this store until they enforce public health ordinances during a pandemic. If you care about your health, shop elsewhere.

Thanks to the super helpful employee Tyler I was able to tie my mattress to the roof of my truck and safely arrive in Massachusetts. If I ever need to be back in the area I'll definitely keep going to this location. Great service, made my life so much easier when he definitely didn't have to. Really appreciate it!

Not a bad store to pick up things, the employees can be helpful if you manage to catch one that isn't busy. They also have crafts for kids on occasion.This was the first store in the shopping area and it seems that none of the other stores connected to this one, so it's sort of a pain to get to. You need to get on the correct road or you'll end up back on Jonestown road.

The absolute worst company for ordering and delivery of appliances. If I could give them negative stars I would. Had issues with an order and the manager would never be bothered to get engaged to get on the phone to take care of a very unsatisfied customer. Go somewhere, anywhere else to make your appliance purchases!

We just recently purchased a carpet from Home Depot, Harrisburg, PA. We primarily interacted with Karen in flooring. We would not recommend purchasing any flooring materials from the flooring department at Home Depot. We asked and were assured by Karen, to make sure the binding was not visible as we have other carpets on our hardwood floors that are bound that way. When the carpet arrived it was bound with approximately a half inch of stitching. We called Karen several times although she does not return phone calls, we reached her to explain our frustration. She indicated that there was nothing she would do about the matter. Please be advised not to purchase any flooring materials from the carpeting and flooring department at Home Depot, Karen was misleading and arrogant regarding the matter.
