Beautiful book store across the street from Broad Street market. The selection is incredible, they even have signed copies for purchase. They hold different events and have a small cafe onsite serving different tea blends.

Amazing book store. Probably one of the best that I have ever been to. An amazing selection of new and used books. The building itself is very interesting. An old movie theater. So that it has many levels. I'll definitely visit again when in Harrisburg.

This place is endless. Like as soon as you think you've reached the back wall, nope, there's another room with more books! They have everything here, poetry, classics, fantasy, art books, history, philosophy, and all kinds of rare and signed books. Definitely the coolest bookshop I've ever been to.

I love this place so much. It's where I recommend people to go when visiting Harrisburg. The history of the building is so cool besides the amount of books in there. The coffee here is tasty too. This place is my favorite stop whenever I need a cool but quiet book reading spot.

Lovely book shop with a great selection of books! The staff was helpful and did some research for me about a series I wanted to start so I would know which book to begin with. The charm of the shop itself is worth a stop in, even if you aren't much of a reader.

This bookstore was one of the best I've been too. They had a lot of books and a lot of original masterpieces as well. I love that their employees took the time out and helped us finding a particular series. After he and my family member were talking in depth about that series which I absolutely loved.

I love this bookstore!Not only did I meet my favorite person, author, Jenny Lawson but this amazing store is magical and fun.It has four floors which I didn't get a chance to explore so I will be returning to do so. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by an awesome employee who helped me navigate my journey. They also have an adjacent store with old books and maps. So much history and I can't wait to return. Please stop in and experience some magic.

Impressive store with lots of books in nooks and crannies. You can spend hours in there. There’s some really impressive older works in there and a good mix of new and old. They also had a nice children’s section.

I always have a good experience at Midtown Scholar. There is an excellent selection of loose leaf teas, coffee drinks, and baked goods. The building is beautiful. There are several places to sit and chat with a friend, read, or work on a laptop. There is a great selection of books for both children and adults. I definitely recommend Midtown Scholar

Love the book store, but I’m very disappointed. Once I took my books out of the bag the cashier put them in I noticed my Stephen King book haphazardly put in the bag in a way it folded my pages. And this writing was the total price of what I spent today… the cashier wrote on top of my book leaving indentations on it. I would think someone who works at a bookstore would know how to handle books in a better way… 08/17/23
