Alex was extremely professional and helpful. I went to buy a lumber bar to make a rack, she explained the products throughly and helped me choose the correct one. She also cut the lumber for me in a speedy manner. I would like to recommend Alex to get a promotion.

Been coming here for a few years and never had an issue besides some staff not knowing certain parts but that's a given for most large stores with hardware. Always a joy

Paid a visit the other day and needed some help in flooring, Michael was there to help, answered some of my questions in a knowledgeable fashion and was able to get me where I needed with no confusion. Michael saved me a ton of time, im not from the area so I wasn't as acclimated to this stores layout. Very pleasant and welcoming individual, we need more Michaels in this world. 10/5 if I could for this gentleman alone.

Couldn't get anyone to assist me in an isle, waited 25 mins and no one came after the cashier paged someone, went to purchase the other items I already had and there is no tap to pay in this store at all! Terrible franchise location, won't be going back... ever!

I needed to return some screws but I threw away my receipt. I called ahead of time to make sure it was still possible to return without a receipt. When I got to the store the older lady at the return desk was so condescending and rude. Everything she said was smart and disrespectful. I finished the return and needed help finding the correct size screw. I asked one of the managers for help who was wonderful. I waited for about 2-5 minutes. The gentleman in the isle with me went to ask for help within that time frame. When the lady finally came to help me she passed me and said she was going to help him first even though I asked for assistance before. While helping the gentleman a couple came up and she started helping them. Another 5-6 minutes went by before I was actually helped. I explained to her what I needed. She told me “this was it”. I told her I needed 10 and I went to check out. The lady helping the self checkout was amazing. She was so sweet and so helpful. I believe she was a manager. A beautiful black woman with what sounded like a Nigerian accent. She needs a raise. She was the only person to help me and be so genuine doing so. When I got home finally I realized the lady helping me find the screw did not give me the correct length. I told her twice and she repeated back to me that I needed an inch long screw. Now I have to go back AGAIN. I will never come back to this store after I get the correct screws. Never.
